I am going to lose my H-1B this September and is considering transfer to F1.
But I can only find some computer training school which can issue I-20 and
also with a rolling admission. Does anyone here had experience transfered
from H1-B to F1 with a language school or computer training school? Do does
anyone hear any successful transfer to F1 with a language school or computer
training school?

My computer system's language is English, and I designed my crystal report in
english too. But when I want to print preview, the language is encoded (like
in IE we need to encode). But if I exported to PDF, i can view it in English.

* Someone said: Smalltalk never die, it just be absorbed by other languages,
gradually. Look at the evolving of programming language, it's exactly like
human language, new words are coming every day, but only good ones stay;
others become cliche and outdated. In Ruby, I see Java, I see Perl. In AJAX,
I see Ruby. On the other way, Java starts to absorb ideas from Ruby.
Obviously: good design/idea spread around.

1. JS is not a very productive language
2. Js is the best supported language in browser, SL is dead, Flash is becoming less important with HTML5. Java FX never attracts any attention, what else can you use in web?
Wrap it up with more productive language and leave the js development to component developer is the way to go.

dislike the language. I know many dynamic language advocates hate Java.
There are many more Java programmers than Python programmers. A proper vote
should never get a total like that.

I tend to come across a lot of code written by people who read up on design
patterns and than think they should use them all over the place and the
result is the actual code gets buried under tons of interfaces, wrappers and
layers and pretty hard to read. That's a wrong approach to design patterns.

比如：ANSYS， Matlab, SAS就是典型的script language. 但物理领域没有一个比较完整
比较系统的package,这是很失败的。如果你们开发一个物理应用的script language,肯
定会很卖钱。
简单点的，比如核物理实验的，电子束打到钨板上，能量如何衰变，如何产生次级粒子
，虽然有geant，但geant离portable的工业应用差距太大了。这些package不但在物理
上有巨大的应用，工业界的用途也非常广泛。
所以，不要小看你手上的技能，把你的code wrap up，写成一个package,让那些没有专
门知识的人也能run， 这些package就像brick, small brick builds big house. Unix

这么说很有问题，这个基本是历史问题。
C/C++ compiler都有针对处理器的优化。
Java也是解释性语言，离不开虚拟机，
标准的说法是这两者的区别在于portability的问题。
无论如何解释性是以牺牲一部分性能为代价的。
Script language我不知道对应的是什么language。Universal Language?

如果说在中国跟所谓"native english speaker"说话还能算筹码的话，在美国简直就是
个笑话。
要是老老实实说我没钱给你，但是你有兴趣的话我可以带你做研究，那也就算了。打个
"language partner"做幌子，实际上自己免费剥削别人劳动，还恬不知耻的号称"two-
way communication"，简直就是无耻。。。
按照他这个说法，在美国读书的同学，只要跟老师讨论问题的，都可以算做"language
partner"了。以后学校也不要给什么TA了，哇塞，一屋子美国"native english
speaker"小孩坐在教室里，让TA练习自己的英语，还可以通过课堂交流做"two-way
