and let the camera decide speed because DOF is important for landscape
photos.

interpret my feelings. I am just discussing as well, same as you.
There are landscape paintings with bold colors, especially from painters
using color to express themselves rather than to capture the beauty of
nature.

分享给亲朋好友.第一台机器选择了著名的D90.凭着工科生的钻研精神在一个寒假的业
余时间里将这个机器的各种功能摸得很熟了,也对暴光等基本原理有了比较系统地自学.
然后逐渐培养起了自己业余摄影的爱好.在2013年前的几年时间内一直作为学校学生会
的御用摄影师和其他学校组织的兼职摄影师拍摄了大大小小的不少活动.偶尔还客串下
帮朋友拍拍婚礼等.总体来说把自己定性为业余活动摄影师大概比较准确.随着临近毕业
,再加上本科生中也有很多摄影爱好者,要给他们更多的实践机会.2013年终于退役而不
再拍摄活动,也因此有了自己创作拍摄的时间和动力,从而在过去的一年尝试学习和研究
风光摄影.
过去的一年在摄影器材版灌了不少水,得到了不少启发和帮助,当然也打了不少嘴仗.不
过总体上说,我还算这个版的新人.5月份的时候为了8月的西南Grand Circle之行开始升
级用了近4年之久的D90.在版上朋友的推荐下入了ref的漏油D600,向版友购入了2手24-
70/f2.8G一支,并为老婆购买了D5200套机.

发帖数: 3616 | 16 今天终于有时间把Ian Plant的这篇文章看了下。他和Guy Tal都是我的最爱，另外还有
Marc Adams.
这文章写得很中肯很到位，并且他是作为一位同时用过Medium frame film和full
frame dslr很多年的资深摄影家。文章的观点基本和我的认识完全一致。从landscape
photograhpy来讲，medium frame相对D800级的dslr基本已经没什么优势了，并且带来
了极大的限制。
所以“严肃风光必须上中大幅胶片“这类观点其实是很不客观的。 |

有没有达人能介绍一下在加州的景观业状况，尤其是在圣地亚哥附近有什么好的景观公
司，或者哪些网站上能找到这些公司的信息。
景观公司就是太杂了，有时候有一小车给人扫扫后院的都能花钱买个landscape的牌子
，就算正经做设计的，很多也就是私人yard，swimming pool的规模，如果不是当地学
出来的，对于local的公司基本没概念，在网上找上一堆，说不定都是个体户的说。
sigh,景观在求职上实际是很local的一个专业。
我不是加州毕业的，因对当地有什么大型的景观公司或者是哪些建筑，urban公司下有
大型的景观部门不清楚，不知道有没有前辈可以指点一下啊。 |

发帖数: 129 | 42 新房子入住快一年了，今天找了landscaping的人，想加几个花坛。landscaping的人指
出，前院离房子10feet的地方，种的是black birch,说这树能长很大，高50-70‘，宽
40-50’，说不该种在这儿。
邻居们的相同位置种的是 crabtree. 我们当时签的landscaping合同上也写的crabtree
，不过有这么一句话 －Plantings may change slightly due to availability, but
will be of equal or greater value.
我们跟建筑商联系，他们说landscaping没有warrantied. 让我们直接跟他们雇佣的
landscaping公司联系，或者只能我们自己换树。
请问这种情况该怎么办？请大家支支招吧。

自从DIY过木地板，我的胆子越来越大，开始打后院的主意。趁着领导警惕性还比较低
，连吹带骗哄得他同意我实施池塘和小路两大工程。
真正动起手来，才知道这都是比铺地板还要大得多的工程，但是开弓没有回头箭，咬着
牙也把这两件事都做成了。
本着既要美观又要省钱的原则做了一番调查研究，最终决定用水泥和模具做成
cobblestone的小路。
在网上订购了这种walk maker之后才发现本地home depot和lowes都有卖，比网上便宜
（13刀），还不用花运费。
做pave最关键的是一定要处理好基础，通常是铲掉草坪之后向下挖10公分左右，然后用
weed protector打底，再往上铺一层沙子找平地面，然后在其上铺设paver。
我偷了个懒，铲平了地面之后铺上我DIY木地板时揭下来的地毯。这玩意儿很结实，既
能防杂草，又能起到打基础的作用。

landscape fabric盖上，之后维持一周一次水这样子？
我查了网上的landscape fabric，似乎是用来放在什么flower bed下面防止weed生长的
，会不会影响草籽的生长啊？多谢！
还有，lz买的是哪种啊？不知道各种landscape fabric有没有区别。 |
