发帖数: 97 | 1 前两天也发过帖子问大家的建议，关于landon home和toll brother的新房子二选一的
问题。现在基本上打算选后院大的landon home了。但对于他家现在推出的把HAVC系统
（就是空调空气交换处理那一块）放在2楼closet这个比较新的方法有点担心。
HVAC是空气调节系统，不是空调放在房子外面的压缩机那块，builder一般都是把HVAC
放阁楼上，噪音不是很大，一般对人睡眠没有影响。但缺点是attic上面很热，机器使
用寿命可能短些，效率也相对放在不是很热的2楼的closet比较低。因为机器热，制造
冷空气的效率低一些，空调运转的时间更长。然后就是每次换过滤网要上attic。
现在landon home把这个系统放2楼的closet，当然也装了隔音系统。但我去model room
听，觉得机器声音还是有些。对一楼影响不大，但感觉相邻的bedroom可能就影响比较
大了。因为没有住过house，不知道这样的噪音跟放阁楼比是不是差不多？因为我们对
噪音比较敏感，如果这个landon home的havc太吵，那我还是选toll的房子算了。

我和他们phone interview了两次，现在让我去公司谈，但问题是交通费嘛费都没有。
看了job hunting版好像大家一般都不去自费的on site。不过气归气，还是准备去看一
看。还好纽约到DC的bus不贵，就当是个day trip,打算约在下午，然后一早去，晚上就
回来，省得浪费旅馆钱。
而且给我的时间上的选择是：
*月*日 @ 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, or 3 pm
或者*月*日 @ 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, or 1 pm
很怀疑只谈一个小时左右。
是一个recruiting company看到我在monster上的简历后联系我，替我投的。
recruiting company告诉我的薪水是65-75k。
总结，好像是个不咋地的公司。 |

同时他还患有G6PD缺乏症，这样会导致他不能食用很多食物。
不过Landon的父母却一直很努力的让他接受各种早期治疗，希望他能健康的成长。
在新生儿治疗室呆了12周以后，Landon终于回到了家中。
在接下来的日子里，Landon的父母和哥哥一直都很悉心的照料他，现在Landon已经两岁大了。
因为Landon的特殊情况，吃饭的时候只能通过导管，并且需要24小时有人照看。
他的父母专门雇了一位有护理经验的保姆在他们外出的时候照看他，他们每周都要支付数百美元给这位保姆。

发帖数: 97 | 13 我们一家第一次买新房，打算选地盖房子。现在同一个小区有两个builder的房子可以
选。
1. 先说floorplan， 两个builder的都喜欢，但toll的floorplan更强点，厅，厨房都
很大气。landon home的plan唯一更好一点的是厨房靠外墙，有窗，采光好。
2. Landon home的房子。$450k包装修，总面积4170sqf.后院lot有35feet deep，朝北。
3. Toll brother的房子。$478K包装修,总面积3930sqf。最大的缺点是back yard 只有
21 feet deep.后院朝南。
4.走访了两个建设商建好的房子，发现质量toll brother的稍微好些。房子细节处理比
较漂亮，五金，卫浴的用品牌子也好些。当然它本身是以luxury builder出名的。
我们纠结的是landon home的房子sqrt的均价便宜不少，以后卖掉可能容易些。后院也
大。而toll 的这个房子的这个价钱跟toll其他社区房子的价位比，已经算是比较好的
。但后院21 feet 会不会太小？

不过，万锦市议会表决通过了如下一个折衷方案：保留1,000公顷农业带，并使之融入安省的绿化带。与此同时，发展商在对余下的1,000公顷农业带进行开发时，60%的开发项目将在万锦市内，另有40%的开发项目将向北部延伸。
万锦市议会曾开展歷来最大规模的公众谘询，并进行了长达11个小时的激烈辩论。市议员夏皮罗(Erin Shapero)是冻结开发农业带的支持者，她表示：「(折衷方案)是一项倒煺，但我们仍有机会将城市扩张範围减至最小。」

一定会同意是procedural due process 比起substantive的保护要差很多。但是你说
PDP基本没用的话，那么这个案子恰恰就是个反例。也就是说，这个案子就是根据PDP导

希腊大型银行发行的这些由希腊政府担保的短期债券，并没有出售给外国投资者。它们
正在被卖给唯一敢于购买它们的实体：它们自己。
过去四个月，希腊一些大型银行——包括Piraeus、Alpha和Eurobank——发行的这类政
府担保债券价值超过130亿欧元（约合870亿元人民币）。
受到存款减少和不良贷款的影响，希腊银行的债券几乎是眼下最糟糕的一种投资。这些
银行正在靠一个由欧洲央行监管的紧急借贷项目生存，通过该项目获得本国央行的短期
贷款。
不过，为了得到这些贷款——大约710亿欧元（超过希腊存款一半），这些银行需要向
希腊央行提供抵押。
就像塞浦路斯银行业危机时的情形一样，当金融系统崩溃时，寻找可以接受的担保从而
