看了医生，后来看了急诊。其实一般palsy 大概一周自己就能恢复。但需要跟血栓和
lame disease区别开，后两种很危险。血栓一般是半边身体不行了，包括腿脚。lame
disease验血可知。如果是palsy,注意保护眼睛，因为眼皮不能闭合，晚上睡觉沾胶布 |

something more actively?
I have been writing letters to the senators and representative of NJ and MA
and have received responses from all of them.
I just wrote them again a week ago urging them to provide urgently needed H-
1B and EB green card relief in the post-election lame duck session. The
lame duck offers the last chance this year to fix this growing crisis!

标榜史册的但是有争议的问题。因为没有连任的压力。所以总统可以放手干。但是风险
是因为有争议，自己的党可能就要受到影响。所以一般总统最多18个月的时间可以做大
事情。因为根据历史规律，总统的党一般都要在中期选举时候丢席位。而一旦中期选举
后，大家的重心就是2年后的新总统大选，所以现任总统就不大相关，也没人关心了。
这就是所谓的lame duck.
总统连任后，在前两年做成大事的包括bush tax cut, clinton, welfare reform,
Reagan tax reform.本来布什05年是想私有化social securiy的。但是因为katrina,他
提前跛脚了。 |

看了另外一贴的感想：美国一些“熟”的必游景点一一去的人还特多，绝大多数人去的最主要的原因就是别人都去，所以去一下拍几张照-显示自己去过了。
1."美西" : SF- Yosemite- LA-San D ; Vegas- Grand Canyon；Utah 的几个 national parks-地方还是不错的，不过到处都是相关的贴，而其不是很绿。
2.”美东“： NYC - DC (很多人叫它 “华盛顿”，lame）- Boston - Philadelphia ; Niagara Falls （很多人叫它 “大瀑布”，很少人知道真正的大瀑布在那，lame）...

不说佛州有什么不好，但窃以为觉得佛罗里达是什么旅游胜地的人标准非常的低，佛州
就是美国一个彻底可去可不去的州。
yosemite占了靠三藩近的光而已，就景色而言没有任何区别于其他国家公园的特点。随
便一个景点可以被当成其他任何一个NP,这样的地方就叫“可去可不去”。
叫华盛顿有什么lame? 中文都这么说吧，难道说要“华盛顿哥伦比亚特区”？我觉得比
较lame的是称Las Vegas为什么“LV"... |

first of all, killing edie is lame. if she has to die, kill her in a
dramatic way, like the supermarket hostage situation. i even feel sorry for
Nora's death. but i didn't feel anything for edie's death. this just didn't
add to the story arc. suicide? please. hang yourself with a scarf? please.
besides i thought nicollette had a seven-year contract. if edie turned out

第一天”明显是两天，从开始工作到天黑，一共是20个小时。估计是第一天夜里没加班
，和第二天早上连一起了。而且可以注意里面基本上一个昼夜交替是20小时，说明一天
还休息了4个小时。视频里也没说是连续工作或者六天建成。所以全部时间应该是7天到
8天。工作时间是136.5小时。但是能这样建起来还是很令人惊讶的。远大公司还在世博
会上面花了24小时建造了一栋展示楼，那个有24小时连续视频。
下面是Youtube上外国人的部分评价。里面当然有一些是嘲笑中国产品质量低下的。但
是更多的是惊讶。搞笑评论也很多。欧美发达国家因为建筑项目少，所以市场养不起太
多的建筑工人，所以建筑的时候花费时间总是特别长。很多欧美居民对此非常不满。所
以建筑速度虽然值得自豪，却也并不是说我们比欧美强很多。这一点要客观看待。但终
归来说，中国人现在吃苦耐劳的本色仍然非常强大。
外国人的自嘲看看就好，每个国家的人都看自己国家不顺眼。哈哈。

然后从时间轴上来看，就是从零到了1分多钟了。
然后可以用时间轴选中这段导出，或者干脆在接下来的导出窗口直接输入时间。
在file这个下拉菜单看一下有render对吧？或者快捷键 Ctrl + Alt+R也行
就进到了导出界面：
我们从上往下一个一个来看：
1， 我们导出的是master mix， 所谓的主混。
2.render bounds 导出边界这个，我们可以选择全部，也可以选择自定义边界，
输入时间起始和终止位置即可。
3. 输出选项里面：
要定义一下输出路径：我这里是d:download
要给个名字：我这里是w1
4.导出的音频选项：
我们采样率一般就两种，44100Hz或者48000Hz，96000Hz以上咱不用多考虑了。
channel就是stereo立体声，咱不玩环绕5.1.
其他的不动就行。
然后就到了output format 输出格式：
这里选择wav，也可以选择mp3，不过选择mp3，各位可能还需要LAME的codec，
所以还得去沟狗一下，找到这个，下载。
