辩证资本经理人约翰-费西索恩(John Fichthorn)自5月12日起每天早上起床后都会
通过香港的经纪人下达做空600万股汉能股票的指令，但他每次都回收到相同的答复：
正在排除等候中。出现这一情况的原因在于，汉能必须要等到其他持股人发出卖出数千
万股汉能股份的指令后，才能触发自己的做空指令，而在5月12日后的多天里，他都无
法融券做空该股。费西索恩表示，“在此之前（汉能暴跌之前），交易该股的人都在阻
止它被做空。”
辩证资本经理人认为，汉能理应被做空。从盘面上来看，一方面汉能股价在过去12
个月涨幅超过500%，另一方面令人感到困惑的情况是其5月股价震荡区过窄，只有1美分
。从基本面考虑，汉能在全球太阳能面板行业上的地位以及目前的业绩，在该股大跌之
前，该公司市值高达400多亿美元，超过了整个太阳能面板制造行业的价值；另外，汉
能内部人士把公司股票用作无追索权贷款的抵押物，而现在多家银行可能已经收回了这

似，无家可归者的露营地：帐篷村正在全美各地迅速繁衍，而贫困率正以危险的速度飙
升。据美国住房和城市开发部的数据，现在美国无家可归者超过50万，但这一数字正与
日俱增。
不能将目光仅集中在成年人身上，有报道称，美国无家可归儿童的数量自上次经济
衰退以来增长60%，据贫困美国组织数据，去年美国总计有160万儿童要么无家可归，要
么住在某种形式的紧急栖身之所。
的确，过去多年美国股市经历了长期牛市，但对美国最底层的民众来说，情况只是
变得越来越糟糕。

600,000, SFH for over 1 million
Those are good schools. But, I have friend/neighbor still put her daughter
at private school, moved to a 2 million dollar house after lived in that
neighborhood for over 10 years. They are rich family, bought a grand piano
when the girl was just a newborn. They think private school is better, with
that price tag.

取哈佛为例:
(1) 2011年，哈佛录取7名 Northwest Suburban, Chicago, 读书好de学生
(two from two 5分 HS, one 8分; .....)
One form "Stevenson High School"
(2) 7名读书好de学生, GPA are 4.0, but, look at those ACT/SAT scores

总体来说不算特别好的deal, 没事没必要买来屯着. 有需要的又不要求高的可以考虑入
手.
说说质量:
金属叶片, 所以风很大.
整体设计挺好的, 风扇头可以绕着两边支点360'转, 就是说甚至可以竖直往上或者往下
吹.
感觉还比较结实. 但是细节不怎好, 网筐上有些地方已经掉漆(好像是镀锌?)了, 马达
上也有些轻微的锈点(可能是个别质量问题). lz的同事应该要注意湿气大容易生锈了.
应该就是国内什么地方山寨的, 网上没有查到这个牌子LakeWood, 箱子/说明书都比较
简陋, 连功率多少瓦都没说.
说说路线:
按gps找是找到正门(看到821的牌子), 但是卖风扇是在后门(大停车场那边). 在foster
路上走远一点点就可以绕到后门. 在大停车场的那个路口可以看到竖着一个纸牌大概写
fan for sale 30的样子.
我今天去时前门都锁了, 按门铃没反应; 准备走的时候倒是看到有人出来开门.
据说明天没人在, 想去要等周一. |

昨天中午出去吃饭，看到路边广告有全新的21"高转速的电扇卖，就停下车进去看了一
下。
今天查了一下价格，最便宜的要卖$49，而他们只卖$30 cash only，中午去买了一台想
省点电费少吹些冷气。同事看到我买也去买了一台，说她家最近地下室淹过水需要大电
扇吹乾。
感觉整台金属制的高速21寸电扇，不台适合家中有小孩的，因为扇叶是金属的转速快、
风力强有些危险，但用在办公室、工厂、教室、放在窗口排送风蛮合用的。
想知道在哪边买的可以回信给我
