On the one hand, some one (from US) was pushed to publish those prepared
materials. On the other hand, as soon as they published those materials that
they wanted the other to know, they shut down the wikileaks and threw a
piece of shit on Chinese government. That is a kind of wonderful action, and
a kind of shamelessness.
I had thought that US government would be happy that wikileaks was down, but
