为什么截然相反的两个因素都会影响海外学历持有者，待咱细细解释
1. G11N
这个海外学历感受最深； 以前中美交往很不方便，现在可好，人员双向流动
尤其是大牛，那在中美印都有自己的团队（大牛不分国籍）
对于一般的小角色，你在美国给大牛卖命，也别指望着回去一步登天，照样还Rpeort个
同样的大牛，顶多跟哪个唐长老一样，在技术支持中心欺负欺负啥也不懂的应届生满足
一下受压抑的心理的而已
当然要是你去军工教国家单位，那是不用跟G11N沾边，不过既然这样那干嘛还出国读学
历呢？ 当年本科毕业再混个在职进修班不就完了
对于大多数理工科学子，大牛是咱永远避不开的顶头上司
2.L10N
本土化影响也是非常深远; 这两年尤甚
早年俺刚进xxx工作，某高级经理A请入门餐（同为大陆学子，他的普通话和英文一样糟
糕，这样的人现在恐怕绝没有机会被提拔的）；很意味深长地说，除了我老A爬到了高
级经理，其他同期进来的都跑国外了，觉得单位没前途
当年招的人也少，一年几十个，都是985研究生；也都算有点能力和骨气，受不了港台
