我不了解亚城案件。所以无法评论。
至于希拉里的案子，如果真的当时就已经 “事实明确”，无论希拉里如何辩护，肯定
也是翻不了案的吧。
她之所以能得逞，至少也是检察官准备的起诉书不够充分。
最后说一句吧：当年这个辩护案，确实证明希拉里为了成功不择手段，但是还到不了“
人渣”的程度。

我觉得说她是人渣也有点过了。
从道德层面上讲，她这样对待一个小女孩肯定是缺德的。
不过辩护律师这么做的还少吗？毕竟律师这个职业就是要替委托人争取最大的权益的。 |
