老板那告状，那你就惨了。这种事情我见过。
博后的位置很多， 自己联系吧。就算运气不好， 进了不理想的实验室， 还可以去博
士老板那抱怨一下， 他还会给你写推荐信的。 如果是他朋友， 这就难说了。

unique outlet for Chinese medicine is to explore the mechanisms of Chinese
drugs and to abandon its other aspects. This guy's reply emphasizes the long
history of great application of other aspects of Chinese medicine.

发帖数: 564 | 17 嗯。犹太人在science圈子里的比例和影响力不可小觑。记得NIH的Kuan－Teh Jeang在
谈亚裔的玻璃屋顶的时候讲过一个故事。他的一个资深的犹太同事对他说，当他（the
jewish colleague）年轻的时候，系主任和chief都是白人，他们的主要助手都是犹太
人。二十年后，很多系主任和chief都是犹太人了，而这些人的主要助手很多都是华人
。所以他鼓励Jeang要坚持。
其实在science圈子里能大量培养PI的lab本来就不多。所以笼统地说华人培养不出PI意
义不大。science做到那个层次的华人也是出PI的，象Jan and Jan，WXD，XXL。Pu的情
况不晓得，不是我的领域。
我觉得，当中国的科研在质和量上都达到critical mass的时候，就会形成有影响力的
圈子，包括有影响的中国期刊，和PI层次的双向流动。
所以很希望中国现在对科研的投入会持续下去，而不是一时抽风。 |

果蝇里面xu tian和luo liqun就比他强不少。。pan duojia也很强。
线虫里面: yuan junying肯定比rao强, han min是hhmi， xue ding文章不比rao 差，
新生代shen kang。
神经里面：jin yishi（hhmi)，he zhigang,新生代 song hongjun
其他领域：wang xiaodong, kuan kunliang,zhang yi（hhmi),shi yang,zheng yixian(hhmi&jcb editor)
植物里面： zhu jiankang(nas) deng xingwang,
免疫：liu yongjun, 新生代dong chen
新兴领域： zhuang xiaowei, ding sheng,
结构里面中国hhmi有好几个吧。

泡儿。
去年大概在同一时间，也参加了同样的大会。 也许因为情况的不一样，感触不一样，
收获也很不一样。 去年因为是作为即将准备的申请人，一是抱着认识一下学习卖了的
同学的经验，而是想认识一下新朋友，提前感受一下氛围的目的。 没想到，大会的内
容很是丰富精彩，对于当时是敲门汉的我对于整个今后事业的规划，以及进门后的生活
有了
初步的了解。 同时认识了许多的朋友， 见了不少知名id们。 给当时的我极大地鼓励
。也为我后期的申请起了不小的作用。
今年，我也是一名intern to be 了。 这次参加大会变更加的有意义。 从primary
care
, 到热门专科的发展，医疗政策的改变，肥佬的申请，怎样成为一名好intern, 前辈们
