尤其是涉及到网络的时候，这就需要你对每一个msg做监控
比如某一个node往另外一个node发msg，这个msg是否被记录在log中？
这个时候如果是serializable object的话，就很难看出来了，用json容易很多
jmx和jconsole，就盯着资源使用情况
自己可以用jmx做扩展，比如gc一次，你就在log里面塞入一条记录酱紫
然后jvm本身有很多工具，比如jstat可以用
然后ide也有很多工具可以用
然后你自己写的软件，spring偏简单了，如果是ejb的话
ejb contaienr本身有很多ui可以监控
tomcat也有，spring的话，用aop
vert.x的话，用shell service
总之不管怎样，你要想办法对你系统的每一步都能够看到系统在干嘛
然后做详细的log，最后查起来就方便
另外unit test要做好，test很重要，functional的问题一般都是test没覆盖到
non-functional的问题出了，一般都好交代，可以变出各种理由来

人工智能啊，区块链啊，虚拟现实啊……反正什么牛逼扯什么，都是假大空，牵强附会
，就是不好好搞产品，就不能踏实点儿，领导一定要有权威，你敢跟我说的不一样，你
就错了，而且还有异心了，轻则边缘化重则逼你离职，一会儿公司搞个什么企业文化，
一会儿提倡年轻化高学历海龟什么的，你找个海归硕士当客服接电话，唉，看不懂中国
老板为啥这么任性，很对hr就想出各种下三滥手段，清理掉不听话的员工或者高薪的专
家，中国这些公司大部分都是不会成功的，老板自己也明白，但是大家还是要一本正经

这两个月，中微半导体董事长兼CEO尹志尧和他的管理团队，行程安排的异常紧张
。这期间，既有与投资方的会晤，又有和各地客户的洽谈，还有产品研发和市场开拓的
各项部署。
从2004年中微半导体设备公司(AMEC)创立至今，这个团队犹如一个高速旋转的陀螺
，在高技术战线奋战了6年多。以如今的成绩来看，这些付出无疑已经取得了很好的回
报——其研发的12英寸65纳米，40纳米到28纳米的等离子体介质刻蚀设备，已进入9个
亚洲一流的半导体芯片生产线，成功加工了2百万片高质量的芯片，而如今，全球也只
有美国，日本及欧洲的极少数几家年产值几十亿上百亿的跨国公司能制造这些设备。

大家好，作为阿里巴巴的员工，今年的KPI目标定为把自己的内推费用超过自己的工资
。当然了，这也是辛苦钱，更多因素是目前我对阿里巴巴真心有种使命感，主人翁感，
因此牛皮癣广告又来了，当然了，这拨招聘有点新意，区别是什么呢，我一一道来
1. 阿里巴巴也就是支付宝目前在美国是有职位的，而且就在加州，阿里巴巴要上市了
，但是，支付宝可不是阿里巴巴上市的打包公司，所以支付宝是个优质资源，仅仅半年
，阿里的股票内部转售已经涨了70%，而支付宝这些都还没开始，另外，作为一个中国
人，给老外打工的玻璃板大家肯定意识到了，来支付宝吧，来阿里吧，我们有base在加
州的工作，主要是做技术和做BD的，很多职位猎头都是没有的，是我直接找负责的HR要

钱，即1m*12/16。最好确认一下package是按几个月算的。。。 |
