course. 5-10mph head/side wind.
Now I konw what I can do:
1. Should be able to keep 19mph in 112miles for next month's race.
2. Be able to lead 22mph steady pace in a pack for 5 minutes.
3. Control muscle crapping by stretching while riding.
What I yet to train myself:
1. Evenly distribute energy in the whole course.
2. Deal with head wind.
3. Mentally get used to a long, flat and boring course.

啥高潮。我的一个Lucky Craft Live Sammy 128 在收线过程中12磅线莫名其妙的断了
。20刀就没了？不怕，舍得，舍得，能舍才能得，旧的不去，新的不来。我饵多得是。
稍后，一小分队员上了幼齿Baby小口一条，开了斋。我迅速用Popper上了一条18寸的。
另一小分队员问我Popper的使用方法，说着演示着，又遭一20寸小口（4LB）猛烈攻击。而后，咬口停了。我小分队员筒子们发扬开发新天地的光荣传统，溜了一个大弯去顶风处找鱼
。无奈，本小队长勘探结果是此处并无生命迹象，决定返回第一钓点死守。我用一枚

i quit smoking. so i have to suffer more from sleeping problem. if i dont
eat and take pills, i can sleep but will wake up from hunger (with lots of
workout before sleeping). if i eat a meal (not snack) before sleeping, i
will gain weight but sleep well.

李玲蔚打得挺好的，动作很潇洒，但是不是特别标准，不过运动天赋发挥充分，那个男
的岁数比较大（看上去像4，50），球感很熟，但是动作比较老派，可能是练过也有可
能。
那时候国内网球很冷还，场子本来是国家体委里面，其他运动项目的运动员休闲的地方
，但是开始创收后，对外也开发，不过限时，还要提前预约。刚才忘记说了，是室内的
哦。管理的人说，如果到时间没有其他运动员下来想用，我们还可以多使用一会儿没有
关系，结果我们大概用了将近3小时，后来实在打不动了。除了李玲蔚和那个男的，没
有人再过来过。 |
