我在骨科行业工作。骨科行业最为发达的国家是美国日本和欧洲。10 年前，一个本行
业内著名的日本教授发起了第一届国际骨科学学术会议。会议的目的是让学术界，工业

国等东亚国家举办，会议也邀请一些著名的欧美科学家参加。东亚人比较谦和，所以每
次会议都很成功，商业氛围少，学术氛围重。大家一团和气，对重大决策（比如会议的
形式，地点等）有商有量，很像一家人在举办活动。
（二）
两年前，事情发生了变化。包括我在内的一些参会者建议，为了扩大学会影响力，把下

大家刚出学校找工作的时候没什么相关经验，容易被打着startup旗号招廉价劳动力的
小公司忽悠，这个我理解。今天冒着被拍砖的风险说说我对找startup job的看法。
1. startup跟小公司不是对等概念。所有规模小（SBIR的定义是500人以内）的公司
都是小公司，Startup在我看来仅限于有高度增长潜力的小公司。注意这里的限定词是
“高度增长”和“潜力”。我认为进一般小公司通常比不上进大公司（training，
compensation，horizon），但进一个靠谱的startup完全可以比进大公司性价比高，成
长机会多。
2. 你问成长机会来自哪里，我认为主要来自startup的两个特点：人少事儿多；成
长快导致新生机会多。先说第一点，拿我自己举例，我也是PhD出身，创业前没有任何
工作经验。合伙创业后，我担纲负责的项目有：
a. 跟学校tech transfer office director谈判patent licensing；
b. 完成公司$1M+早期融资的大部，负责维护投资人关系；

式。近现代随着西方科学的撞击及西医的传入，不时地出现一些全面否定中医中药的潮
流。历史上有过3次公开的废除中医的提法，1879年俞樾先生发表《废医论》，是最早
地提出了废除中医的人。1913年，教育总长汪大燮公开提出废除中医；1929年，国民政
府卫生部第一届中央卫生委员会通过余岩、诸民谊等人提出的废止中医案，这些主张最
后都不了了之。有了因特网后，全面否定中医言论更是无日无之。发中医的人常常把中
医中药斥为江湖骗术，安慰剂效应等等。
主张废止中医的一个重要观点是评价中医中药的应与西药相同，应该把现行的科学方法
用于评价中医中药。因为科学是同用的，没有什么中国的科学，中医的科学。既然西医
