I have both. This limits the movement quite a bit.
It depends on where the pain is around the kneels. The first one is for "
jumper's kneel", where the pain is from the ligament in the front below the
kneel cap.
I don't quite understand how such a simple strap works, but it does! |

之后没有继续进攻。裁判和giants认为这个play应该算是dead了！ 可是cardinals认为
这是一个fumble. 有点没看懂。裁判认为只是驳回了cardinals的challenge，没有解释
判罚依据.
请问各位这些争议的规则基础是啥？各个评论员都是怎么说的？今天早上没怎么找到。
我模糊的听到当场解说的意思是只要cruz放弃了进攻意识，即使球没有触地，kneels
down也是死球。
这也让我想问问各位老球友，这个QB的slide和这个情况是不是有点类似？？

realized Saints already used their 1st down before 2min mark (a false start
moved it from 2yd line to 7yd line, then a rushing moved it from 7yd line
to 2yd line). So in the 2min, the 3rd kneel was on 4th down, and it should'
ve been turn over by downs and led to clock stop.
Well, refs did make mistake on number of downs in the history of NFL, so

哭无泪，只能刷新，又被排到60 位， 到30 号的时候，猛地发现报错了班：报到高级
班，再哭.....
40 分钟后终于进入了系统，完成繁兀的第一次用户的注册过程抢到了名额，
送钱上门还这么憋屈。报了个中级班，到四月底开课时候，我的自学初级该能合格
了！现在祈祷老师是个大美女！
不过TI 可能白学了...应该有很多动作类似，

发帖数: 511 | 47 bob以前好像不用双反，后来水平提高了，可能kneel和步伐允许他用双发的，他双发也
不稳定，当更有力量 但可能对kneel不好，但我是建议他改了对他网球有进步的。
有的人没有最优化，当然可以改动作。也有的wsn老油条在多场比赛已经最优化过了，
也不去健身，只能那样了。如果水平体格提高了当然可以改进姿势继续最优化。但是千
万不要为了颜值而改变。 |
