微软多次叫板韩军
据悉，韩军情报指挥控制系统是帮助韩国联合参谋本部掌握各地驻军情况的“神经
”，它能对战场环境进行实时管理，尤其是以步兵为基本单位的韩国陆军部队实时共享
情报，发挥“网络中心战”效力的关键。另外，一直标榜“联合作战”的美韩军队只有
通过韩军情报指挥控制系统才能实现情报共享，发挥联合作战的威力。没想到，如此重
要的军情系统居然被指认为非法盗版。
5月30日，韩国国防部连续收到美国微软公司发出的四次措辞强硬的公函，称韩国军
方的军情指挥系统使用非法盗版软件，涉嫌侵犯微软专利，该公司按照韩国《著作权法
》的规定，向韩国国防部索赔高达2000亿韩元的“软件合作费”。
韩国军事专家金东圭称，微软叫板韩军可谓底气十足，谁都清楚“盗版”的潜台词
是“技术后门”，意味着貌似强大的韩军情报指挥系统存在巨大隐患，如果不答应赔偿
要求，微软很容易让其停摆。

杉矶全城戒严。这是他对洛杉矶警局的宣战书的最后一段的翻译，我自己做的，因为原
