我看了好几家都超过400美元。太贵了。
我们只需要测两三个样品而已，sample kit or trial kit 就足够了。越便宜
越好，100美元左右最好，当然，质量不能太差。

我通过读那个manual,发现说这个cDNA形成之后，不能1：10dilute，而要用不dilute的
cDNA??

Miniprep kit 的column是可以单独定的。但是PCR clean-up或者Gel extraction kit
的column不能单独定。不知道大家是怎么处理的？有其他公司的column可以作为替代品
吗？

PCR产物如果用Qiagen kit切胶提纯后，再作为Template,用Neb的Q5或者Phusion继续做
PCR （尤其条带比较长的时候），经常做不出来。打电话问了一下Neb的technician。
他们说他们也发现了这个问题
。他们觉得可能是Qiagen kit提纯后，最后的elute里面有某种inhibitor影响了后续
PCR的反应。但是他们也没有想出有效的办法来解决这个问题。
不知道版上的牛牛们有没有遇到类似的问题？是怎么解决的？另外，有别的公司的Gel
extraction kit会避免这个问题吗？

purify。 量小的话，RNeasy plus micro kit或者Life Arcturus Picopure RNA
isolation Kit， on column DNase digestion。不要直接用trizol提的RNA做library
，纯度不够。 |

assembly kit but it is the cheapest I have ever seen. You could possibly
build a very nice rifle for less than $500.
The only difference in the two kits that I noticed is the flattop sight on
the oracle kit

However if you have a local Harbor Freight by you, than you have access to
the "20% off a single item" coupon. Obviously this is YMMV on weather or
not you have a harbor freight located near you and weather your local lowes
will accept the coupon.
