然后到柜台checkout的时候小二扫不过那个25 off 100。于是就没买。回来再一查，这
个coupon已经被用了。但是kiosk order的时候加入成功的。是不是因为kiosk上加入过
了，后来再扫系统就认为redeemed了？也就是说以后要register checkout的话，
coupon都不要在kiosk地方用？ |

加州等。你所在的那个zip所属的仓库正好有货，又被你发现了。。。其他人所在地的
仓库可能早就空了。另外你在kiosk的add in cart的时候明显问过你的zip的。。。 |

kiosk可以用in-store或online的coupon，一样可拿5% rewards(要有rewards
menbership，free join)，login自己的account，最后印出pay in store |

loads every 10 minutes (actually could be shorter for some based on reports)
. Otherwise you'd lock it and the managers need to come over to unlock it.
Most of them get very annoyed by it and it could lead to shutdown of the
kiosk.
In my local WM I saw it's locked three times in two days, and interestingly
all by Asian girls/women. Please don't take it the wrong way. I am just

我去的时候，sales和另一女sales在聊天，叫我去用卖家具那个地方的。等用完个
coupon,1个reward，打出一串bar code的时候，不能print；就悲剧了。
然后去checkout的地方再次询问那个男sales，他说里面的打印机不能用，让我再用
checkout地方的那个（原来那里也有一个），结果再次输入coupon显示redeem了。我只
好给客服打电话，客服美女说要关门了，数据传不过来，只有明天才能转。 |

发帖数: 1987 | 22 我昨天就在Kiosk上用25 off 100胖子，打印出来的Cashier's Copy上有给小二看的
Steps,没用胖子的时候大概3-4个steps，用了胖子大概有5-6个steps，多的两个steps
就是让小二scan或手动输入上面的胖子。你自家打印的胖子不用给小二看，因为那个条
码已经转到Cashier's Copy上了。我觉得这样有一个好处就是小二看不到coupon的
detail，只能按照Cashier's Copy上面的步骤给你扫。 |

brother 600 scanner， 5台brother MFC-7860DW 和 5台brother MFC-J4510DW.
因为是in-store kiosk order， paid in store. Instant saving 变成COUPON。我一
时不查，直接付款。到家里才发现每样东西只减了2个instant saving的钱。
我去店里找经理，经理说货还没寄到家里，到了后直接打电话给他，他直接帮我搞定，
不需要去店里。第二个星期，货到了后，我打电话给经理，他却说店里付的钱，需要我
刷卡。今天去了，他说我没有当天去，INSTANT SAVING 的coupon 过期了，他不能做什
么。
我晕！第一，他根本没有提到一定要当天去；第二，货是第二个星期收到的，INSTANT
SAVING 的coupon 早过期了。我去其他2家店试了，经理都叫我去买东西的店里搞定。
我还试了1-800电话，被告知明天CALL PREPAID DEPARTMENT.
