合办的晚会，有近一千人参加，组织工作量很大，花得力气、金钱都不少。ACAP也一直

lead climb的belayer据说要长期训练，要察言观色
发现climber要clip赶紧给slack，clip了以后适当
收紧。据说爬难度route， climber最恨的就是要clip
拉不动绳子
而起，climber往左爬，绳子要放在身体右边，
往右爬，绳子要放左边，避免fall的时候被绳子绊倒
头朝下，所以，climber总要有些slack，否则绳子
不好挪动
绳子kink也是个头痛的问题，据说要belayer一边
给绳子，一边夸张抖动地面绳子防止kink |

直到高一第一学期（1949年秋季），我的课余兴趣还停留在玩儿无线电上。我当时是北
京四中的业余无线电小组的“头儿”。小组中有能人。北京的小报上报导过我们小组的
活动，特别提到我们去清华大学求教专家，增长我们的无线电知识。恰恰是这个报导，
和清华大学之行，使我从“玩儿无线电”上金盆洗手了。
对高中生来说，能看懂收音机的线路图，也能分辨出各个部分的功能：高放，外差变频
，中放，检波，功放，电源整流等等，还能粗略说出为什麽有这些功能。根据这些浅近
的理解，就可以换零件，改装，重组，试图达到自己的目的。这是高中生的玩儿法。它
同初中生的玩儿法——按图装配听个响儿——已大不相同。
对于我和一些小组成员，最不明白的是天线。天线的功能当然是接受电磁波信号（收音
机），或产生电磁波信号（发射机）。但是，天线为什麽能接受和发射? 通俗无线电书
籍上就语焉不详了。语焉不详还不要紧，就怕误导。

That is why car manufacturers tend to use the best parts for the first year
model. Once they figured the problems, they will use low cost parts instead.
This is true for the economical cars. I don't know luxury brands. |

chain, remove the slack, you will want your flap open as much as possible
when you operate the handle. the foam you add will help reduce kink, but
does not help flush (unless you put in a piece large enough to keep the flap
from closing too early so it should go as low as possible to give you the
most floating time, so most of water will flush out) You may also want to
check your filling rate, if water is filling very fas |

能在水里漂一段时间,直到水位降到比较低的位置.
我打算换一个大块一点的foam,看看能不能进一步延长flush time.
filling rate没问题,感觉进水挺快的.

确保你洗碗机的排水管没有kink。
在洗碗机理放点Drano之类的，加开水(plenty of)，再按洗碗机上的Drain键。 |
