If no other choice, go and get it.
You can always switch afer the 1st year only if you can get the PD's
recommendation letter and you have good amount of time looking for 2nd year
position. Usually, it is very difficult in a busy hospital in NYC.
The underlying cause of Dr. Wang's tragedy is not his hospital and
colleagues.
The malignant program like several ones in NY are not making doctors but
people with the license of killing patient. Therefore, the outcome will

十月初给pc发了封电子邮件，回信说他们已经完成interview selection，想想作罢.
一个多星期没开邮箱了。刚刚开了一下，塞满了。一样一样地看，然后看到了kwmc的邀
请，周一发出的。难道大家都是收到信件邀请而非电子邮件？
还没约时间。他们家十二月初都有哪些面试日子？有12/1 或者12/8吗？ |

1, I have already sent out my origianl documents like tramslated-diploma,
certification to ECFMG, why do they still ask me to take these documents to
the interview?
2, they also ask to bring my ECFMG certification with me to IV, but my cs
test just has been taken last month, so I don;t know if I can pass. Shoiuld
I go to IV without it or they will overlook me even if I go to IV?
Anybody help me?

Just curious what is driving the demand? And the projected shortage is much higher than population growth. Well, we only care what happens in the next 3-4 yrs. Not much change is going to happen, right?

by a moderate 33% from 18,000 to 24,000 in the past 30 years (from 1980 to
2010). So far AAMC's "shortage" claim only caused the medical school
enrollment increase. We will wait and see what will happen to the number of
residency positions. At this moment, some hospitals in our state have
trouble to attract enough patients.
