成。

首先,T-25和T-75是培养细胞(fibroblast)所用的培养瓶,25比75小。要测患者的酶
活,先培养患者上皮细胞,取得足够做实验的蛋白量。因为患者上皮细胞是取的,所
以 用小瓶培养。作为参照的正常上皮细胞是现成的,用大瓶培养。对于提取蛋白的过
程我 虽然不清楚,但做实验的人明确说了,小瓶培养细胞的yield跟大瓶差不多。这是
非常 正常的事。简单比喻就是你在同一块土地上种一亩土豆跟种五亩土豆最后得到的
单位产 量应该是一样的。这里如果不一样,说明患者的病因是无法制造足够多的蛋白
,对应的 是基因缺失。但事实上一样。如果有问题,只能是基因上有点突变,影响了
酶的活性。
接着说测酶活这个实验。只要大学学生物或者pre-med就必修biochemistry,就肯定做
过类似的测酶活实验。thex你要真为娃着想,就把打嘴炮的时间用来学习最基础的生化
