11月10日，美国Science杂志以First Release的形式发表了西安交通大学与上海微系统
与信息技术研究所的合作论文——Reducing the stochasticity of crystal
nucleation to enable sub-nanosecond memory writing（降低晶体成核随机性以实现
亚纳秒数据存储），该工作从接收到在线发表仅10天。
处于数字全球化的今天，爆炸式增长的信息对数据的存储与传输提出了极大的挑战，而
且目前商用计算体系架构内各存储部件，即缓存（SRAM）、内存（DRAM）和闪存（NAND
Flash）之间性能差距日益加大，其间的数据交换效率也已成为了电子设备发展的瓶颈
。因此研发具备存储密度大、读写速度快、能耗低、非易失（即断电后数据不丢失）等
