看来嘶叫势在必行...个人指导再多些就好了，这些球队的训练太过效率低，包括以前
带一个老美研究生队，好像很习惯击球练习时候9个人都在防守那样，为什么不分2个组
，4+人1组，投，3，游，左外防守，1人击球，然后轮换，2组同时打，效率高很多；或
者1组在外场空地这样练习，另一组内场防守练习，以及分开的外场4-6人小组接高球练
习等等....//shake...
组小了，个人指导也可以多许多，防守机会也可以多许多... 1个小时可以做许多事情.
