原本可能取消的溫哥華國際煙花匯演，在獲得3個新贊助商及時補足50萬元資金缺口後
，仍將於今夏照亮英吉利灣（English Bay）夜空。
溫市巿長羅品信（Gregor Robertson）周三在記者會上強調，非常感謝包括KEG牛
排連鎖餐廳、Edgewater賭場，以及Shore 104 FM電台等3家贊助商及時支援，才使得這
項溫市傳統夏日重要慶典活動得以繼續舉行。
7月下旬起開始舉行
KEG牛排連鎖餐廳總裁艾森斯特（David Aisenstat）表示，溫市即將舉行2010年冬季奧
運會，此時有機會出一分力令煙花匯演成功舉行，格外具有意義。
定名為2009豐煙花匯演（The 2009 HSBC Celebration of Light）定於今年7月22、
25、29日及8月1日舉行，分別由加拿大、南非、英國及中國隊表演。

摘要: 1887年藏人在隆吐山设卡，引发了中英之间藏锡边界纠纷，迁延多年，英国以此
为借口两次发动侵藏战争，并最终撇开清朝中央政府，与西藏地方政府直接谈判，签订
《拉萨条约》。在中、英藏锡边界纠纷中，驻藏大臣无力说服西藏地方政府履行条约，
反过来又使英国开始质疑清政府的治藏主权，在日后的西藏问题上提出所谓的“宗主权
”概念、“西藏独立论”等。同时，从中英有关西藏问题的交涉中可以看到，英国政府
不仅在藏锡边界问题上攫取利益，同时对打开西藏贸易市场以获取更大的商业利益亦非
常关注。

先自我介绍一下，本人在加拿大住了4年，其中读书+工作，之后到美国工作5年。因为
工作需要出差的关系，把北美的各大城市几乎都跑了一个遍。去年年底一个偶然的机会
，拿到了一个回国的Offer，算是踏入了海龟的行列。
游在美国和加拿大的比较
美国和加拿大，虽然都地处北美，语言相通但是两个国家还是有很大的区别，这些
区别绝非只停留在”Eh”的口音或者”Cheque”的拼写上。
我在美国的时候，有很多人问我加拿大的情况，因为不少美国留学生都会把移民加
拿大做为一个备选项。而网上时不时也会有一些美国和加拿大之间的比较。我自认为对
作美加比较还比较有发言权。我在Montreal，Toronto各住过两年，Vancouver去过不下
十次，Calgary去了三次，Edmonton , Halifax, Winniepeg, Windsor 都去过。美国来
说去过一半以上的州，著名的城市基本都去过。(我基本上把去出差，住过两个星期的
地方，才算去过;如果要算上坐飞机转机，开车路过的州，那就更加多了。)

跟YTD 40-50%的大牛差远了.
