法院大法官的任命就知道了：
2016年保守派大法官Antonin Scalia去世后，奥巴急于任命一个自由派大法官。硬是被
共和党掌控的参议院生生阻止，拖到特朗普上台。特朗普上台后立马任命了保守派Neil
