自己总结一下：
1.蹲得不够，速度比较慢。
发福了，年轻的时候篮排球打多了，现在左膝盖有点感觉。今年春天重新开始fan网球
。看来得执行前面那个4个月的强集训的计划。
2.跳得太多
的确是喂的球，找不到有相持性的搭档:(。以前习惯击中场高球的时候跳，不跳经常下
网。有可能也是坏习惯。因为来球比较舒服，抡圆抡了爽了，就多出这个多余的动作。
这个可以立马就改过来。一个比我水平稍高的球友高中毕业考大学，过一阵就有空了。
3.反手比较难看
挥拍的确是双反的轨迹。可能是身高比较高，蹲得不够，造成握拍的握法不够有攻击性
。这个还得在比赛中练练。不过我反手比正手还稳定，经常是正手打得一点感觉都没了
，反手还正常。
是K90，今天是第三次挥。
大家再看看发球，有点黑。因为不想把球抛向太阳，有点背光。找了一堆的软件都没搞
定balance，不搞了。前一阵子练发球连发了三天，发现后几天发球很稳定。最近有点
荒废，大伙凑合着看看。比较系统的练发球是从今年春天开始的。

If i want to hit hard and use better control on the net, i will go for small
head, like k90. If i want to stay behind baseline, with shoulder level top
spin rally, i will use something big, like pog, O3 tour etc.
It will depend on how you want your match looks like.
Most of people dont like this idea for sure, unless they are a pusher.

still a beginner now. hehe) just because it has a large head area and very
light. When I looked back, I am not 100% sure whether these features helped
me improve or otherwise. I still use it as a backup after I bought K90 (
another extreme, small head area, very heavy).
One thing for sure is that when I use this racket, the serves and flat hits
are crazily faster. The price is that you have much less control. And it is

But my point was, even the pros have extreme variations - from low 40s to 70
+. There's nothing wrong with the list.
It's pretty well documented that the K90 is the ACTUAL spec that Federer
uses. While most top pro do customize their racket, there's nothing secret
about it - you can customize your racket too by changing weight
distributions.
Sampras's PS85 was heavily modified because he needs it to handle the

比较就重一些，不够灵巧，Wilson的K90,T90都有机会demo过，感觉好像比我一直用的

Head MGP pro 98就一句话总结了吧--终极pusher拍子，为数不多的头轻midplus。
