从鼻毛上挪开眼。一个男生不停的恭维一个同事说他发在哪个期刊的文章很好，可是这
个同事根本没在那期刊上发过文章。有个同事憋笑都憋不住了，找了借口出门大笑。
他们说有一个名字特搞笑，听起来叫 jumbo wang的，我猜是 Junbo wang 或 Junbao
wang.我问为什么好笑，他们告诉我 英语俚语wang就是male private part. 听到他们
如此糟蹋我们的名字， 我可笑不出来。 |

发帖数: 1184 | 4 只查最近1个月的bank statement，如果是junbo loan的话查最近2个月的.不会要从开
户到现在的记录.不能是跟人借的，否则银行会把这些钱back out，down payment可能
就不够了. 如果是买自住屋，这$10,000可以是gift fund，就是无偿赠与的，如果是投
资房或者重新贷款的话gift fund也不可以. 解释转账给lender要一次性解释好，如果
先提交一个解释，银行不接受打回来再解释就容易扯不清且很麻烦.

，我觉得比较好用，有large和junbo两个size，都比一般的猫砂盆大，降价25-33，推
荐啊，网上找不到了。。 |
