娃在high chair里面斜着吃了一次辅食，吃得很好。但是之后试的几次就不行了。
bouncer跟high chair斜着差不多。
bumbo seat倒是坐得直直的，但是吃辅食也一般。
最后发展到躺着吃了，唉。。。
顺便再问问jumper几个月可以用？宝宝属于还不能独立坐，不过我们买的jumper里面有
个support的垫子。 |

站多了，关节那里习惯往直里伸，不喜欢弯曲，确实不利于学爬。我家就是这样，那会
儿爱跳jumper，爱站，不爱爬，后来停了jumper，多练跪着坐，帮她按摩腿关节，让关
节变得习惯弯曲的姿态，经常推着后腿练爬，慢慢就会了。

后，放在地上，只穿一件衣服后迅速会翻身，5 个月上jumper，忙时一天不止20min，
整天放在地上的海绵床垫上，不到7个月就会爬了！
个人觉得jumper对锻炼腿部肌肉还是有点帮助，另外就是多给孩子运动的机会，创造活

鸡腿。看到大家都在讨论walker 和 around we go, 一直没敢买，因为我觉得这两个的
原理就是国内的学步车吧，都说学步车改变了娃行走时候发力的方式，该锻炼的肌肉没
有得到锻炼，凡是用了学步车的孩子无论是爬还是走，站都会推迟，说孩子还是要多爬
，多练tummy，且，前几个mm说，walker有撞到家具，伤到mm的可能性，于是发贴讨论
一下，希望有经验的妈咪多介绍。另外，jumper也是考虑的选择之一，jumper有什么优
劣呢？
发现好多mm的宝宝跟我家宝宝差不多大，都是到了加辅食和添玩具的阶段了，大家热烈
提问发言哟，能学到好多东西。
趁机炫耀我家的娃，正常发育，大约5个半月，女宝宝，17磅，白天2-3个nap,总共大概
4小时左右，晚上十二点左右夜奶一次后能睡到五点左右。能有支撑地坐，会从tummy到
back，从back到tummy，会抓玩具，翻书（乱翻），抓眼镜，吃脚，玩嘴巴（发出噗噗
的声音，常喷你一脸口水）。都是自学。呵呵。目前绝大部分全母乳，前天开始第一次

用过吗？我上次是用的my best friend的，觉得很好用，可惜搬家扔掉了：（ 之前一
直觉得boppy还可以给小孩用很好，但是用了my best friend之后总觉得boppy那么软，
作为nursing pillow可能不好用。这个mombo是两种硬度的，一面硬点喂奶用，一面软
点给小孩趴着或倚着用，看着很不错的样子，把其他两种nursing pillow好处都占了。
查amazon review倒是不太好，说开口小，要腰围27“以下的才行。对亚洲人体型来说
这应该不是啥问题吧？
我家老大已经两岁多了，还在用吸管杯，因为用普通开口杯子喝水还是容易洒出来。可
是以前国内买的吸管杯的吸管现在感觉有点细了，不想看他喝水在那儿嘬半天只喝到一
点，可是去店里买被子看得我真是眼花缭乱啊，有人给推荐个不？我们给他直接往杯子
里倒热水的（不是滚烫的，但是热水），这里好多杯子都写着不能盛hot liquid，这是
个问题。。。

做起来就不那么容易。举个例子就是这第一条：
1. DO NOT take giant steps! Keep your feet underneath your body by
taking smaller steps and moving your feet fast. Versus taking big
giant steps and getting off balance and not being able to react
as fast.
但我知道田径队里的 jumper but not sprinter，就跟 sprinter 这么说过：
(I know all of those), But I just don't understand how you guys
(sprinters) can switch legs so so so fast。。。当然，这也就是人为啥是
jumper 而不是 sprinter 的原因。。。 |

发帖数: 10908 | 13 哥们我没说 sprinter 步子小啊。。。步子小，频率再快也不顶事。。。sprinter
要步子大且频率快，但这个步子大不是因为 switch speed 跟不上而勉强地跨大。
至于足球中的相对小步，是为了更多控制做出的牺牲。。。君不见，传说中的那些
离开球二十八米远的无球跑动队员，还不都是标准的大步快跑，先把自己搞到离开
球五米以内再说。。。
另一方面，jumper (but not sprinter) 参加 sprinter 的训练也是能找到
对自身更合理的配置，加快跑步速度的。益处也是大大的。。。只是 jumper
(but not sprinter) 不需要跟 sprinter 去较劲就是了。 |

发帖数: 10908 | 16 我娃的确没有去过任何体育俱乐部。。。酱油花滑也就是 15 分钟的上课，其他的都是
自由在冰场玩。
但另一方面，我娃没去任何体育俱乐部，是顺从娃自己的意愿。。。而今天回头过来看，
娃确实并不是不知道体育俱乐部的信息（娃小学有很多朋友）。。。我觉得是因为我娃
的 sprinter 的 nature，导致无法 fit 体育俱乐部最低的 endurance 的要求。
（至少大家作为一个 group 一起玩不是？）
但另一方面，因为 sprinter 的 nature，可能在 playground 常常也能够达到运动
量要求了，虽然在绝对时间上比较少一些。
而初中 after-school 的 T&F club，实际上是第一个 favor sprinter 的 club。
娃主动要求去 T&F club 也不是偶然的，实际上今年娃在初中体育课时，就在体育课
上的 T&F unit 里面。
而就算是这样，我娃目前也不会对 T&F 的训练特别热衷。。。因为很多将来的事儿无法
预知。。。我娃现在的 long jump 成绩是一回事，是不是将来能继续 improve long

我发现除了 playground / monkey-bar 就没有绝对安全的了。
因为我娃是 long jumper，我目前先注意 jumper's knee。
花滑反正 quit 掉，不 risk 半月板，就定论了，估计没人再反对了。
长跑顺便看了一眼，一大堆毛病，估计磨损厉害。
短跑（sprinter）好像问题最少，只要别自己跟自己过不去。
最后我娃定下了三级跳远以后暂时先不练，跳的项目练习都放在 long jump 上，de
facto 砍掉一个跳远项目保护膝盖。。。然后 T&F 里多 drill 各种短距跑步练习打好
基础，也就是多短跑少一点跳。（长跑反正她也不干）。
另外看有的文章多增加臀部肌肉有助于在实际跳跃是减轻膝盖压力，不知道是不是信息
可靠，慢慢看。

给T61更新来硬件后，重新启动，被询问密码。3年前的东西实在是记不住了。现在就是
一开机就要密码。都没有办法了。
GOOGLE后知必须找到JUMPER并在开机是不停的短路来重置Super Password。但没有手册
，开盖后不知那个芯片是那个JUMPER。这个密码重置不能用以前的电池放电来做了。
不知道有没有高手以前搞过这个。给些比较详细的材料的说。谢谢了现。 |

01'就是TD的baseline jumper没进给东区赢了1分,Tim一直对此耿耿于怀,
这一次终于不错.但我很担心他最后摔的那一交有没有事....
今天西区的两个牛人--YM和奥胖,针锋相对,争奇斗妍,combine了西区的40分.
这个固然好看,不过我suspect的是,他们俩只顾斗自个儿的得分了,无形中也
crash了西区队的teamwork(论据--他们两人的assist都只有一个,奥胖的我忘了,
YM是传SF3的扣蓝).西区assist最多的是替补PG sam cassell,7个,然后是
一对PF,KG 6个+TD 5个.
Defense方面,奥胖到是有不少贡献,盖帽2个,KG,KOBE,AK47各有1个.蓝班上TD的
贡献最大,13个,奥胖11个.他们俩都有double-double.
西区我觉得每年都是酱紫,首发特强,替补特面(当然这次奥胖例外).不是如此东
区队也不能在01'的最后2分钟追了25分.这一次也就ray allen还可以.
东区,Kidd是最牛的,double-dou |

不佳，ft也能弥补不少。Hayes防守强悍，篮板球的积极抢截能帮助rox，
而且在offensive end时不时也会灵光闪现，比如昨天对Jazz的第2场。
内线替补: 木桶+JW。木桶有强悍的reb，尤其是off reb，JW正常发挥有
稳定的mid-range jumper。
这个内线配置无论哪个队碰到都头疼。对Jazz的前2场已经证明了这一点。
Okur被防死两场，Boozer第一场被防住。虽然Boozer第2场中投爆发，但
如果Hayes积极协防保护paint，避免YM过早陷入foul trouble就无大碍。
毕竟mid-range jumper的命中率不可能一直那么高。
外线：
TM+Alston+Battier。TM前2场比赛很好的一点就是头脑清楚。第一场
first half手风不顺时，就老实贡献几个ast。第2场在手风不顺时候积极
渗透内线layup造犯规。很聪明的即时调整了自己的状态，避免了以往一味的

But it doesn't mean YM can be effective from mid-range.
YM hit those turn around jumper within 10 feet, and he
can only hit 40% of those at best. Now to open up space
for Lebron, he has to hit those at 16-18, not something he
has been constantly doing in his career.
And no, he's far from the best from midrange. Okur, Murphy are
way better, even Z is much better. The opposition will double
lebron in the paint and recover to challenge Yao's jumper. |

或者你找任何一个体育报道,jumper或者跳投
里面是不包含地板流的.
(Jordan那种起跳+快落地+再出手的投篮,不算Jumper,
算什么? 也算地板流?)
再说了,Rice的三分都是地板流吗?
你这算不算拍脑袋?

是童子功，一时半会估计提不上来。
我很喜欢staftermath的这句“老是突破到一半到处张望找人肯定不行啊”——灰常地
一阵见血。
他没有稳定jumper篮子，右侧突破就一招鲜，起势了就没法收，人家内线留心早一步协
防，他节奏就乱了，跟着就是TO，除非有非常善于无球跑位又有Finish能力的队友（以
前的老钱，Novak，现在的Ed Davis）策应他，总之他要发挥好，限制条件太多。
要是他有cp3、Lillard这样的后撤步投篮就nb了。一般突破、后撤投篮之间稍加变幻可
以晃得防守人无所适从。可惜不现实，Lin的jumper都是直上直下，投篮主要靠手掌推
，不靠手指旋转球，所以抛物线高，fade-away投出的球都短，同时出手也慢。
另外他也没有一手稳定的抛投。D-rose，parker，Conley等一线控位的“标配”技能。
他老说要练，到现在还没练出来。
总的来说,offense没有足够多的weapon，碰上了解他的就够呛。防守就不说了，也是毛

Can you guys imagine if Steph Curry didn't have Steve Kerr as his coach?
Imagine a coach that lets Curry run pick'n roll all day like James Harden or
Russell Westbrook? His numbers would be off the charts. The Warriors are
dead last in the NBA in running pick'n rolls. Before Steve Kerr, Mark
