发帖数: 14786 | 6 health food store里一般都有卖wheat berries的，按重量秤，很划算。我的是在The
Fresh Market买的。Whole Foods应该也有。
wheat grass营养价值很高，whole foods里还有成包的新鲜wheat grass卖呢，当然就
要贵很多。。麦草嫩的时候直接空口嚼也可以，甜甜的。不过毕竟纤维比较多，一般都
用来榨汁，单独当shots喝或者搀在果汁里都可以。
Amazon prime上有一些juicer，有价格平易近人的也有比较贵的，还没想好买哪个。。

种豆芽其实很简单，唯一的extra step就是要用重物压一下。毕竟自己发的豆芽吃起来

种，说是可以两用，又不贵。等我现在的blender淘汰了就去买一个这个，这样我也有
新鲜wheatgrass享用了～
那个wheatgrass powder，我是不大相信的。我看文章说，wheatgrass并没有比其他的
绿色蔬菜营养更好。但它可贵的地方是能够提供新鲜的叶绿素。那种经过加工的
wheatgrass powder也能保证叶绿素新鲜吗？我是不信的。。

ingredients:
-3 small apples (any variety)
-3 large carrots
-1/2 a lemon
-2 heaping tablespoons soy protein powder
-2 tablespoons liquid chlorophyll
-put the apples and carrots through a juicer
-add the lemon juice (hand squeeze)
-pour all the ingredients into a shaking bottle and
shake vigorously for 30 seconds
-pour and enjoy the delicious, creamy "toxic waste" drink (so called due
to the green color) |

3 cups pecans, soaked 1 hour
2 cups carrots
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup shallot or onion
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup sprouted mung beans
1 cup sprouted wild rice
2 1/2 lemons, juiced
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne (or to taste)
Nama Shoyu and/or Celtic sea salt, to taste
1) Put pecans and carrots through the Champion or Green Power juicer
with the blank in place. It comes out like a paté. Set a |

1 large bell pepper
3 carrots
1 small head cauliflower
1 lg. stalk broccoli
1 C almonds, soaked 12-24 hours
1 C sunflower seeds, soaked 5-6 hours
1/4 C sesame seeds, soaked 5-6 hours
5 cloves garlic
2 T Braggs or to taste
1 t cumin
2 T dried Cilantro or 1-2 C fresh
Blend all of the above ingredients and seasonings in a champion juicer
with solid plate, or a food processor. This blended food is your patty

之前一直用blender加豆浆或牛奶打蔬果smoothie, 后面觉得不喜欢那种有渣的感觉，
就买了一台juicer.
试验了一段时间， 用了不少各种搭配， 终于找出一种口味不错， 又防癌又很养生的
juice recipe:
能出三杯的量， 全部用有机无农药化肥的蔬果
4 根胡罗卜
6-8 颗中等番茄
1 颗西兰花头
1 颗红菜头
1 颗柠檬
1 支青瓜
1 颗青苹果
本来胡罗卜中等番茄是甜的，西兰花红菜头营养价值高但味道重， 配上柠檬青瓜青苹
果， 味道中和的刚刚好， 微酸带甘， 红菜头西兰花头的味道被掩盖了 |

of a product! I picked one up to replace my juicer (same effect, without
losing any of the fiber/nutrients that you get from juicing!).

Juicers and Juicing. This is the smaller of the two sizes, the larger one is
28 oz. Not sure how long these will last! And not sure why the price is so
low either. Great for your protein shakes! These usually retail for around $
8 in stores.
