新功能的。这个最重要，时间也最紧。新版本里计划的功能必须在deadline 前写完，
不然就进不去了。这个一般是base version 。
deadline 之后，移交给qa测试，接下来的时间就是专门改bugs，除了改base version
新的bugs ，还要开始一个小版本，可以叫X.1，专门改旧的重要的bugs, 还可以加点重
要的新功能，base version 里没来得及做的 。
接下来还有.2, .3, .4等小版本，都是给改bugs的。
所以一般情况下，新功能和改bugs 是错开的，不直接冲突。就算冲突了，新功能总是
优先，除非bugs 是突发的紧急的，这种情况，领导会说的很清楚，你也不用犹豫了。
其实做哪个不是关键，关键是1，你要让领导知道你在做什么，进度如何。2，如果你在
项目间juggle，导致项目有miss 原预定的deadline 的可能，要及时通知领导。不要给

这帮孩子一看装备，就不简单：
经常是一只手篮球，另一只手网球 （见过GANON BAKER， JASON OTTER等的录像），自
己从来没试过，觉得跟JUGGLING差不多，自己多半做不了；
或者就是两个篮球，变向，胯下等都有模有样，自己试过双球，很难，可能还是
练的少，经常拍这个，那个就跑了；
还见过一个小孩用一个很重的篮球练运球和投篮，大小差不多，自己试了试分量，比一
般的球重多了。这个好像是腿上绑沙袋跑步的道理。
记得GANON BAKER说过， 每一次运球都要试图在地上砸出一个坑来。原来自己不很理解
，现在觉得有道理，一个是速度快了，另外力量越大，对球的控制越好。 |

次是玩juggling, 让kb翻两个跟头再接，结果没接住。 第二次是我挑战1000个snatch,
半途手臂已经累得没知觉了，但为了完成，咬牙继续，在第1000个时脱手。其实这两次

，数到200左右他问了我句什么话结果就停下来了..看起来再颠下去也没什么太难。
所以，我觉得传说中的100左右确实是个milestone...再往上走就比较容易了...
现在我让他按那个juggle across america来颠，对小孩来说，真是挺不错的，很综合
，基本涵盖了大部分基本的freestyle skill. 给这里孩子踢球的家长推荐一下..感兴
