participation of team games, like soccer, Baseball, football or others. for
Chinese kids, there are shy parts from parents, away from certain sports.
You could have him try Judo, T-do, or martial arts as well. This should help

But on the other hand, if doping is such a common practice in this sport (or
any other sports), maybe we should rethink this issue.
Maybe we should let everybody do whatever they want to improve their
performance and level the play field.
I know doping has its downside, but so are the many other aspects of sports.
Think about the injuries in football, judo or boxing. Or other unhealthy
training practices. Where do we draw the line? |

department. Since I've started squatting and doing pistols, I've noticed a
very strong neural link develop between the heels and the glutes/lower back.
When I step down with a heel I can feel raw, springy power shooting up that
leg. I suppose this is what I meant when I said that good squatting
develops overall athleticism.

Joyce Gracie won the championship several times even though the fighing is not
easy.
I do see it is an art. His opponent can gain advantages over him, can sit on
him, but gracie can lie on his back at ease and spot his opponent's weakness
and lock his opponent finally.
I am very impressed by the technique that locks the opponent's arm with two
legs while almost standing on one's head.

装的确影响心情。天哪，准备活动真难呀！仰卧起坐什么的比收腹操还累！还有更绝
的:50个俯卧撑，他们还用日文数，我一个都称不起来。头悬空前滚翻，以手撑地倒立
行走，正面翻筋斗，侧面滚跌，跨越对手...我都做不来,跟在最后连滚带爬,真丢人!
今天练习用肩摔对手。可怜我手无缚鸡之力，勉勉强强能把对面的亚裔小mm拎起来，从侧
面摔到垫子上。对其余人彻底没戏，更别提那么高的小帅哥，够都够不着。他深表同情，
自己翻到垫子上去了。话又说回来，他们要扔这么矮小的我，也觉得很别扭，得深深蹲下
。最酷的是跟我搭档的亚裔小mm, 看起来娇滴滴的小美人，柳眉微蹙，啪，就把什么黑GG
, 高挑白mm扔过肩头- 360度空中翻转呀！人跟人差别咋这么大呢？ Mad 这距离不是一点

UFC says their fighters have 6 figure contract?
Boxing still get multi-million pay out.
so, if blackmarket fighters are so good, why not be survive another day to
fight and also get paid. That can be a career, otherwise, death, what is
the point? |

近视的人可能比较好，站立技术比如泰拳散打拳击一类的，这类打斗中容易让头部受到剧烈撞
