份工作问题不大（当然最好在IT工作多的地方）。
老实说，很多码工的工作本科学位都不需要，读CS master绝对没必要
不过您的知识有点老化，delphi, vb有点过时了，如果有兴趣看看javascript/html5(
比如学学jquery, 看看github.com上的原码，会很抢手的）。

一个是 a business/finance data provider的Sr developer.
using C#/.NET 搭建他们的infrastructure platform.
这个公司去年业绩不好，re-org而且裁了很多人，尤其是这个项目。
今年他们准备招兵买马从起炉灶跟对手竞争，所以package不错，
但问题是似乎比公司内部其他项目组工资高不少，一旦这个项目做的差不多，
怀疑就又会清理人员(当然做2-3年估计问题不大)。
还有一个问题是似乎距离高科技公司稍远，作久了不知道还有没有机会回到AMFLG之类
的公司。
这个公司的好处是跟local的主要行业相关，
可以学到一点相关的domain knowledge也许能在纯粹的developer之上学些其他的知识。
另一个是最近比较火的一家网络公司的子公司SDE2。这家base低一些，
但是sign-on/RSU还不错。主要做web related development.
using JAVA/SOA/CSS/Jquery,平台/工具都是应用母公司的东西。

。第一轮问我有什么经验，我说我现在在维护一个公司的网站，从后台到前台一条龙。
他再问我喜欢什么方面的，我说我喜欢人机交换的，然后他给我一条面试题，现场写一
个star rating的界面，要用ajax传递rating结果。我写的肯定不能立刻就用上，因为
那些css和img会很乱，界面无法看的。就写个大概的样子，但他会不断叫你解释你的思
路。不是什么深奥的东西，轻松过关，但我之前的准备都是数据结构和算法的，突然来
这么一个题目让我很吃惊。网上面经里从来没见过有人提这样的面试题。

规信息系统后端，那些难度比以前海量c++容易多了。二来，做普通信息系统毕竟属于
太junior的事情，做高级的，搞那些大数据，分布式，搜索啊，那些都是以前经验和背
景缺乏的。三来，backend高精通，也得对前端的js，html，jquery，ajax都得达到入
门水平。对于搞大型桌面图形软件人来说，搞这些还得好好适应，并且几年积累一下，
否则总感觉是缺的太多，而且以前的开发经验都不能直接运用了。
1：搞纯后端的路子方向应该是怎么着？是不是就得超搜索，分布式，大数据那些东东
进发？自学容易吗
2：如果搞普通的后端，那就得潜下心来把前后端的所有东西都捡起来，搞个1，2年？ |

一个来自Amazon,不在最出名的AWS, Kindle组，主要做Retail那一块。主要用的语言估
计是Java。
一个来自Intel，在sort test technology development，主要做一些测试软件，类似
写一个小操作系统，用来测试Intel生产的硬件。主要用的语言是C++。
工资Amazon稍微高一些，但是Intel的工资可以接受。我对工资并没有太大的要求。
本人是个女的，以前从来没有工作经验，所以具体将来喜欢做什么，一点感觉都没有，
觉得偏软件也行，偏系统也行。不过好像是将来偏软件的就业范围广一些。但是想到
java不只是J2SE，如果做前台，还得学JSP, javascript, Jquery等等，学的东西好多
啊，而且Amazon内部的开发平台，象那些Apollo, Brazil还挺烦的。但是C++，好像用
的没有Java广。不过大家都说做到最后，语言不是问题，关键是架构意识。
我有家庭，有小孩。
Intel就觉得做软件的应该比较轻松，不知道稳不稳定。可以做一辈子吗？

是java里面应用最广泛的了，j2me基本上貌似过时而且应用不多了，j2se嘛，主要就靠
java core开发，涉及的技术不是很广，但是对java core的知识要求比较高，这类职位
也不算多了，毕竟单纯靠java core开发的东西竞争力也没多大。说来说去，也就j2ee
还有点搞头，涉及面比较广，前端得学jsp,html(5),css(3),javascript(里面还有很多
很新的js框架，比如ExtJs,jQuery,Dojo)，后端要学servlet,数据库(mysql,oralce),
还有很多流行的框架和类库，比如struts,spring,hibernate，当然还有很多必须掌握
的比如XML，json,ajax。。。
说实话，这行就是要靠学习和积累，二爷那么高的智商，去面试这些东西绰绰有余，当
然了，有个好的职业途径就是积累到一定系统级别的经验，然后去公司做系统架构，负
