解答如下：阁下的工程我感觉不是很好。我不知道您的原先Home inspection描述的情
况是怎样？我也有Home inspection经验，不过我从来不会建议jpost跟换，除非你的房
子很糟糕，如果是更换，我建议直接用lally column或工字梁才有效果，如果你这种倒
水泥的方式是无法直接受力的。柱子本身是受压构件，钢筋性能主要是抗拉，放柱子里
对轴压的柱子在结构上贡献不大，更何况看照片貌似还有些小问题：
1，钢筋太短
2，底部要大，最少2尺见方。
3，柱子是矩正方形的，那么钢筋也要扎成正方形，钢筋本来就应该放四边的，最好对
称布置，距离外边缘2寸。还有，要用铁丝或小钢筋做中间支架，中间做正方形铁丝框
，从头到尾每隔16寸左右做一个铁丝框，把四根铁丝分别固定在四个菱角（内部），起
码要做好几个小钢筋框。
还有个关键问题，上压梁多大？你这种做法做到高处怎样倒水泥？除非水泥件远远大大
于上压梁。但，从照片上并没有大多少。
最后，以我的经验来看，该柱按照这种方式做好也无法实现承压。恕我直言，还不如原
