车SUV好像没大碍（但是去bodyshop90%会要换整个bumper）现在有两个问题请这高手帮
忙。
1. 有没必要带小孩去检查，我感觉好像impact 不是很大。bumper还在应该也可说明。
小家伙5岁当时有点吓坏，叫了一下“my back". 过了一会问他，他说没什么。大半我
还是会带他去check，这个check这么个说法，是去看我们的儿医和是应该去医院？X-
ray？
2. 小年轻给他老爸电话，后来他老爸（应该是较福的老白）说想私了。我的车也不新
了，在什么情况下我应该接受私了？我ld以前车趴门前对方也想私了，对方一不情愿我
们的estimate我们立刻就给保险电话了。我明天估计会把车到bodyshop做个estimate。
我估计estimate会是我kbb value的一半。

父母很早就开始注意routine，还是经常出兮兮。回过头来看，我希望我自己那个时候
再放松一些，有些时候在你还没找到原因之前，宝宝又变化了。这个时期基本思想就是
引导宝宝朝一个好的目标发展，但哪天off了也放松，给宝宝时间。
1/ 什么样的哄睡方法正确？
我理解的shh/pat是宝宝需要你帮助的时候，比如哭了或fuss哭了，shh/pat可以帮助宝
宝block外界的干扰，注意力集中在shh/pat的节奏上然后慢慢入睡。如果你宝东张西望
或盯着一处看没有哭，也许先不要打扰他，或者很小声地,看他能不能自己睡，哭了你
再shh/pat；开一个白噪音也能起到类似的作用，宝宝哭声大了白噪音声音也开大，转
移宝宝注意力，然后再慢慢小下来（这方法我家4个月的时候我试过有用，不知道普适
不）。你一直在宝宝身边不要太害怕他哭，听几次你才能积累经验。
宝宝哭的时候如果你shh/pat效果不好（我自己没有经验，看网上的帖子的）很有可能

holding through the jolts的办法都不行。这是下一个需要攻克的
难关 Orz..
不过看mm家宝宝多大，然后确定醒的时间，到了时间就放倒。我
最近一直在努力做到两小时一睡，结果有一天为了给朋友家宝宝选
礼物，就带着他出门久了点儿，回来之后也是嚎了半天才睡，就是

去年年尾的时候是宝宝闹腾的最厉害的时候，白天最糟糕的时候能从上午
闹到下午，只睡一个半小时。晚上10点睡，早上十点起。全家都被折腾的不
行了，这时看到了UScardinal的救命贴，决定从1月1号开始训练宝宝。
半个月过去了，宝宝的作息调整为：
8：00左右，醒来，穿衣起床；
8：30——9：00 吃奶+把便便；
10：00——1：00 第一个Nap；
1：15 吃奶+把便便；
3：00——5：30 第二个Nap；
6：00 左右吃奶；
7：30 犯困；
8：00 吃奶+哄睡；
小闹腾一会，9：30 入睡；
晚上夜奶2次；
总体感觉是宝宝的作息还是很容易调整的，现在宝宝没有以前那么难哄，
每天精神状态也很好，每次醒来也乐滋滋的不哭闹。大人减负很多，不像
以前那样每天都精疲力尽。
还有些小问题请有经验的妈妈们不吝赐教：
1）上面作息还有没有需要改进的地方？
2）宝宝一直都有易醒的毛病，尤其是刚睡下的时候。表现是放下没几分钟
就容易动，一动就会醒。30分钟更是个关键的Jolt，必醒一次。有什么办
法可以减少宝宝醒的次数？是因为宝宝缺乏安全感吗？

发帖数: 110 | 31 家里这个男宝9周大，出生到现在睡眠一直就是问题。以前睡觉白天cosleep，晚上自己
能睡crib，还凑活。出了月子后越来越不好，经常是花很长时间拍睡着了，放小床时，背还没贴到
床垫就醒，大哭。或者在crib不到5分钟就醒，大哭。观察他的睡眠，一般是前10-15分钟swaddle
之后都需要被压住手脚，否则就会被自己弄醒，对各类声音也特别sensitive，很容易在这段时间被
吵醒。之后眼睛会突然睁开，嘴巴不停咋吧，给pacifier不要，也确定不是饿肚子。几分钟后有时
候能再睡过去就能有一段时间的深睡眠，有时候不行，就大哭。这个jolt貌似对他的睡眠特别重要。
7周的时候有两天也想这几天一样连续大哭，好不容易哄睡着了，几分钟就醒过来哭，那几天基本就
是不停哭和短时间睡眠交替，一哭起来没完没了，还不肯喝奶。用了shsh/pat之类的方法，都不见
效。没有一个方法能够soothe他，最后绝望了，放swing上，开了电吹风，哭了好一阵子睡着了，
那晚上终于连续睡了3个小时。以后睡眠就好好坏坏，一直没法坚持从6周开始尝试的EASY

白天nap要花一个多小时哄，睡十几分钟到半个小时哭醒，再反复，排除饿，冷，别的
问题，觉得他就是不会自己睡，睡不过去就烦躁。晚上上半夜能睡好，下半夜一顿奶后
基本一个半小时醒一次，全天只靠上半夜那四五小时的睡眠撑着，用了shsh pat不work
,从七周开始的easy也因为睡觉问题搞得乱七八糟。

如何录：家里有录音笔，奶爸就发出shu的声音，录下来用mp3重复放。
我是不停的放的。这方面可以再查一下。因为书上是要求人发声的，所以不可能连续到
75分钟。实在是太累，看到别人用录的声音效果不错，就试了。你可以试试看，但是少
于20分钟是肯定不够的。
winline：宝宝真的是喜欢。理论上来说，这个声音就像是宝宝在母体里，洋水环绕发
出的声音。对他来说是很有安全感的。而且，白天nap，外面很吵，shu的声音也可以帮
助一些。当然这是一般的状况，和我宝宝的经验，每个宝宝还是不一样的。如果你的宝
宝很闹的话,还是值得尝试的.

因为怕吐奶，可能白天晚上大多数时间都睡在里面。
睡眠那是个好啊，白天的snap如果没有气的情况下谁1.5~2小时没问题
晚上更是我们8周的宝宝能睡5~9个小时。
也不用哄，也不用摇，困得时候放在里面自己发一会呆就睡着了
最近知道这个sleeper会造成扁头，偏头歪脖子等，看了下宝宝现在头部后面确实有的
地方开始平了。所以不敢给宝宝睡了。
自从想让他都睡crib，天使宝马上变成恶魔宝宝。
别说自己入睡了，好不容易哄睡着了，睡眠转换的时候老是醒，自己睡不回去，
试了几天白天睡到一个半小时以上很困难，
晚上以前宝宝只有饿的时候会醒，现在估计扭动也会醒。
今天更是让人奔溃，已经睡了的3个nap都是十分钟就醒，醒了有事一个回合。
大部分时候2分钟的jolt都挺不过去。
我知道宝宝睡眠很重要，所以太纠结了，要不要让宝宝回sleeper睡了？
有没有什么办法预防sleeper的硬塑料板造成的扁头呢，
如果现在让宝宝睡sleeper一直到他自己不愿意呆，再回crib会不会还是面临同样的问

another rumor out of Europe.
The latest “news” is that the G-20 is considering a humongous IMF fund to
lend money to Europe.
Sounds legit, if by “legit,” you mean “ridiculous.” Regardless, the Dow
is up 80 points, the S&P is up about 5 and the Nasdaq is up about 5.
The financials, which arguably have the most to gain from a giant magical
pile of IMF money, are up 1.4%, leading the market.

Analysts only expected an expansion of $7 billion. JOLT job openings also
beat consensus, jumping from 3.12 million to 3.38 million in December.

美联储周二公布的数据显示，美国8月就业市场状况指数（LMCI）为2.1，高于预期
