咯噔一下的那种，看了一个中医已经两个多月了，不见好转。生完孩子已经一年多了。
左侧也有这个问题，不过不像右侧那么严重，
在网上查了查，说是hip joint instablity...老了以后会很痛苦，弄不好要joint
replacement.
湾区有治疗这类问题的医生么，麻烦推荐一个骨科医生，或者是physical therapy的医
生，希望早点治疗能有所缓解

发帖数: 40617 | 7 我最近也是那个地方隐隐作疼。的确如dw所说的，AC joint一般都是碰撞引起的
但是weight lifting特别是卧推，非常容易引发AC的病变
具体里看这个link

简单的说，无论是卧推，还是fly，都要尽量避免手臂垂直于身体的情况
一旦进入danger zone，重量很大程度会承担在AC joint上
导致软骨磨损
我后来感觉连shoulder press也是这个问题
如果用机器做，基本上两手是V字打开，就好很多，如果用free weight（dumbbell）
最后举高那一下喜欢往中间走，就是垂直，都会很疼
基本上简单总结就是
1。卧推，尽量宽握
2。fly，举起来以后不要往中间走（很多老美甚至喜欢碰一下。。。）
3。采取机器代替，比如用fly的坐姿机器，这样AC关节就不会受力了 |

师兄（老美）开了个公司，今天和我谈要joint-venture，需要我提供技术方面的high
level的支持，可是这种技术支持不可避免的涉及说不清，道不明的conflict of
interest 与现在的公司。师兄说他一定替我保密，说到时候money可以寄到任何我想要
去的地方，我觉得这么说好像有illegal的嫌疑。
大家说这事我能干吗？我觉得conflict of interest是一个不明确的定义，是那种说你
有，你就有的。我在一个公司干，可以去别的公司做consultant之类的吗？我是说合法
的。
如何操作才能合法呢？大牛指教。谢谢 |

住在美国，另一个人是中国公民居住在中国，我们的目的是想在中国和美国都获得授权
保护，像我们这种joint inventor应该是怎么样申请才既合法又有效，目前我能想到的
是以下三种方案：
（1）先申请US Provisional Patent, 然后申请正式的US Patent，之后再在中国单独
申请中国专利。
（2）先申请US Provisional Patent, 然后申请正式的US Patent，之后以PCT形式进入
中国。
（3）先在中国申请中国专利，然后以PCT形式进入美国。
据我了解中国专利法好像有规定说中国发明人的专利应该先在中国递交，如果先在外国
递交再在中国交就会无效，因为我们的专利涉及在中国的发明人，会有影响吗？同时我
又了解到美国专利法也有类似的规定，说是在美国以外的国家递交专利之前要先朝美国
获得许可(Foreign Filing License)才能在外国先递交。不知道像我们这种joint
international inventorship是怎么处理才是合法又有效呢？谢谢！ |

获得foreign filing license,是不是在美国一提交Provisional Patent就会自动收到
foreign filing licence？ 但是那样算不算在美国递交了专利申请呢？另外我还想到
两个处理方案是：
方案A：我在美国以两个人名义（joint co-inventor)递交provisional patent，然后
我们可以自动获得foreign filing licence, 然后我以两人的名义(joint co-inventor
)在美国递交正式专利申请，再在中国以我一个人的名字(sole inventor)递交中国专利
，这样没有中国发明人在上面是不是就可以保证中国专利有效了呢？
方案B：我始终以我一个人的名字(sole inventor)递交专利，不牵涉中国发明人，这样
是不是就可以先在美国provisional patent,然后再美国正式专利，再到中国申请中国
专利，这样是不是就可以保证两国的专利都有效呢？

multi uniform distribution了，画图就行了，假设二维，则分布是一个水平面。
现在楼主又说“假设这两个uniform都是0,1的，cor为0.5”，那么这个joint
distribution不是uniform的，称之为multi uniform distribution又不对。
或者楼主想从两个uniform分布，以及他们的cor来推出joint分布？可惜这样的分布是

比如multivariate normal吧，我如果想画一个跟附件里一样的3D图，那3个轴应该分别
是x1 x2 pdf吧，才能画出这样的图，所以需要求一个joint pdf。
如果要画multivariate uniform，我是不是也要知道他们的joint pdf呢？如果不需要
知道，直接拿数据画的画，那不就是2D的scatter plot了嘛？

发帖数: 15155 | 38 这几天一直下雨，实在不想等自己换了，就把车送去garage换前rotor和pads。
去了才发现，幸亏没有自己动手。
CVPI的一个脑残设计，rotor是用两个rivet固定的，必须用drill把它们打掉，才能卸
rotor，实际上没什么必要。按我邻居的mechanic说法，应该是有些车出厂的设计，这
么看来这车的rotor应该没有换过，可是居然还是很厚啊，不比新买的薄多少，garage
的人也让我留着，以备以后不时之需，由此看来cop car的rotor应该相当耐磨的。再说
这个rivet，mechanic先用钻，后用榔头铁钎，最后总算成功搞掉了。两个刹车换了至
少有三个小时。
同时他们告诉我我的anti sway bar link的bushing和upper ball joint的bushing都不
行了，需要换掉。不过我之前让我邻居帮我查过，他说ball joint没有movement，可以
不用换（具体看图片中圈出部分），不知道大家意见如何？
同时发现后刹车也差不多要换了，准备买两个pads。买的时候才发现，这车后刹还有两
