如果只提Jock Moffat这个名字，恐怕没有几个人会知道，但如果提起追击俾斯麦号战
列舰的战斗中，那枚另俾斯麦号船舵受损的幸运鱼雷，恐怕军事爱好者中就无人不晓了
。而这枚鱼雷，正是由当时驾驶剑鱼攻击机的Moffat中尉发射的。
1939年2月下水的俾斯麦号是当时德国海军吨位最大、火力最强的战列舰。她一服役就
被英国海军视为心腹大患，欲除之而后快。
1941年5月18日，俾斯麦号与欧根亲王号重巡洋舰结伴启程进入大西洋参加“莱茵河演
习”破交行动，英国海军随即出动大批战舰试图对其进行堵截。1941年5月24日，俾斯
麦号在丹麦海峡海战中花了不到十分钟就打沉了皇家海军的骄傲——胡德号战列巡洋舰
，顺带还击伤了最新锐的威尔士亲王号战列舰。
胡德号战沉激怒了英国海军，英国首相邱吉尔下令不惜一切代价击沉俾斯麦号，挽回英
国海军的士气。包括皇家方舟号航空母舰在内的1艘航母、3艘战列舰、3艘巡洋舰和6艘
驱逐舰被动员起来搜寻俾斯麦号的下落。Moffat中尉服务的皇家海军航空兵818中队当
时正在皇家方舟号上。

其实就是book smart和street smart的区别。在美国的中学也一样，jock永远是受女孩
喜欢的，nerd一般没人喜欢。如果是jock人又聪明读书也好，那这个男生基本属于在学
生里一呼百应身边不缺漂亮女友的了。
你们老师的话其实有什么错？出身贫寒的子弟，如果再不用功的话，还能有什么出息？

这是一所私立小学院。几座英国式的灰楼，横七竖八排列在深绿色的山坡上。天气一热
，男女学生们端着托盘，走出后门，干脆坐在草地上。姑娘们裸着脚，光着大腿，晒得
发红的面孔和脖子，朝着午后的阳光。总有一两个男孩，披着长发，嘴边刻意留出稚嫩
的胡须，上面沾了碎面包屑，手舞足蹈，夸夸其谈，不时引发众人的欢笑甚至尖叫。在
去美国之前，我曾苦学许国璋英语不下六年。但是，这伊甸园式的青春对话录，我能听
明白的不及一半。相比之下，什么萨缪尔森，宏观经济学这些词汇只相当于小学二年级。

司也一样，你要能融入他们的圈子打成一片，他们什么话都跟你说，把你加进他们的
wolf pack。否则的话就只是把你当个普通同事，但我不认为他们会歧视。你没经历过
所以不信的话我也不和你挣。
反而是这次危机。非裔和西裔政客们走访大公司去要求多雇佣莫黑员工。立法限制学校
招收亚裔。这对我来说就是莫黑对亚裔直白白的歧视。
白人对有色人种的看法里反而是对亚裔更好。吃苦耐劳，能学习会存钱。有他们认为值
得学习的地方。反而对莫黑生一大堆吃救济，聚居点造成社会问题颇有不满，但却挨着
种族歧视的风险不敢提出来而已。
我客观说，你这种想法不是社会有问题，而是你自身心态有问题。遇到事情选择躲避还
反过来抱怨社会对你不公。像在这个问题上，为什么不能拿出来主人心态来发言。因为
你不站出来说话别人理所当然认为你要不同意他们的意见要不无话可说。你要是这样的
处世态度，工作上也会是抱怨老是受歧视，然后又不敢站出来说什么。你把自己当这个
社会的一份子不是别人请你的，而是你的义务。
