上午阿武到了后回来宾。中午何庆清等一帮人过来，一起喝了不少的酒，他们下午

不过某些称呼上的问题可能有其他原因，不是不知道该尊重他人，而是缺乏常识。
（1）如果在中国，估计怎么学生都会称呼一声温老师。到了美国，听大家都直呼教授
名字，觉得也就跟着随便叫，没有什么规矩。其实（我也是听别人讲的，对不对，一家
之言），规矩是有的，有很随便的教授，但有的教授在自我介绍时会说我是温教授，那
就是你以后要称呼他温教授。
（2）是该称呼温教授，还是家宝教授，还是温家宝教授，说实话学生不是故意搞错的
可能性很大。教授把自己喜欢的称呼告诉学生是对双方有利的。学生用一个你不喜欢的
称呼称呼你，你不指出来，你不乐，他以为他称呼的对，对双方都不好。学生明知故犯
地用一个你不喜欢的称呼称呼你，可能性很小。如果是真的，你还不指出来，那你做人
做的太窝囊了。本人业务上和一个据说是世界级leadership白人教授有联系，我一直称
呼“亲爱的温博士”。一段时间后，在一个邮件的最后，他加了几个字：Please call
me Jiabao。
虽然入乡随俗，但是自己的文化中认为不好的事情，虽然这里不在乎，还是谨慎为好，

其实叫什么，无所谓，行为问题才是没礼貌的。比如发第一封信联系postdoc就让你介
绍project，工资待遇，而且口气很强硬的一定要给回复。但是一旦你给回复了，他犯
而没下文了，让人感觉不成熟。这不只是做教授的的感觉，这只是基本的行为准则。 |

叫，那你觉得得体吗？至于熟人之间叫Hi Jiabao，我觉得没有问题，我都说得很明白

1 我上课的时候跟学生（包括美国学生）说写信的时候要注意怎么称呼。如果是中国学
生，我期待他们自己能够明白怎么称呼。在中国怎么称呼自己的老师到了美国也应该一
样。
2 你看看别人的回帖，很多人明白地看不起教授。另外，教授是一个职业，但是这个职
业跟在公司是不一样的，我觉得教授有教书育人的职责，我相信就算在美国教授中，这
样的看法也不在少数。
3 我都说过N遍了，你怎么不看我说的就来批评我？我觉得Hi Jiabao没有问题，我也这
么称呼我的老师。我说的是从来不认识的学生直接来一个Hi之类的。
4 我不想跟你争辩谁更了解美国。如果你觉得你更了解美国，那也无所谓。 |

发帖数: 1453 | 47 我都说过好几次了，再给你重复一遍吧，先把我的帖子看清楚了再批评别人。
第一：有礼貌不等于不平等。（我写信给我不认识的教授的时候说Dear Prof Wen只是
一个礼貌问题，没有说因为称呼别人教授就把自己贬低了）
第二：美国人的做法不都是有礼貌的。很多美国的年轻人现在都变得很没有教养没有礼
貌了。从历史的角度来说六七十年代的学生运动嬉皮士运动造就现在这个形势。那个时
候学生的特点就是反权威，然后大学教授就附和说教授不是什么东西，那个时候的学生
现在都是我们教的学生的家长，可想而知，这种反权威教育的矫枉过正就成了人人自己
都是权威。其实那个时候有些美国人的做法给中国的文革没有本质区别。文革毁坏了中
国人的礼仪制度，嬉皮士运动毁坏了美国传统的礼仪制度。礼貌问题就是这样来的。
第三：你要是真正了解美国文化，其实你应该体会到美国还是一个非常有礼貌的国家的
。有些美国人虽然不更你说，但是如果你不够礼貌，人家还是会感觉不爽的。只不过人
家可能觉得是文化差异而不跟你计较了。
第四：我见过的美国人写信，基本上至少得Dear Jiabao，从来没有人直接上来就Hi, I
