This is the best jerky I have ever eaten seriously, better than Big John's
jerky I recently tried, it has more flavor and moisture in the meat. Its
from a local upstate NY company and there's lots of flavors to choose from.
The best deal is 1 pound of jerky for $14. Don't get the discounted jerky
that is old stuff its not that great.

的牛肉干的确越做越假，要么是调料比肉多，都吃不出肉的味道。要么是精包装来大袋
套小袋，一小块牛肉都有一个袋子，简直吃得不爽快。
像我们这种肉食动物味道是一个方面，量大肉质好又是另一方面的考量。而且吃多了适

首先是用融化的松脂涂在面部，保护面部形象，防止它干燥得太快。接着就是进行摘脏
方式了：先将凿子从左边鼻孔塞进去，将筛骨捣碎，再用工具在颅脑中转动破坏脑髓，
用一根很细小的长柄勺从鼻孔里伸进大脑将脑浆舀出来，最后把一些药物和香料塞进空
空的头骨中去。接着就是取出内脏。胃、肠、肝、肺等都要掏出来，然后用棕油作清洗
液，洗净胸腔腹腔。
再就是脱水过程。先填进用布包的泡碱和其他临时填充物，然后把它置于干燥的泡
碱粉里约40天，待吸干了水分后，取出里面的填充物，改放用碾碎的药品、桂皮、泡碱
、锯末等填充的布包，最后细心地缝上切口。
待尸体抹上牛奶、葡萄酒、香料、蜂蜡、松脂和柏油混合物后，就要对其包裹晾晒
。一般是挂到屋外任其自然风干，以达到长久保存的目的。
