仔细看了一遍相关的文章. Grammy要求Mayber向Jejune道歉的决定我觉得不妥当.
实际上Mayber的post"正告本版某些国人"很难被定义为对Jejune这个ID的侮辱攻击,
尤其是在八区这个环境下. 在"正告本版某些国人"之前的系列文章双方的火气都很大,
其实按no的建议, BM直接删了也就没事了;
Mayber无视当事人的反对坚持对lucent以"羊人"称呼,并且坚持声称lucent握有"血卡",
被Grammy禁止我觉得没有什么不妥当.
总的说虽然Grammy处理这个事件不见得事事作的妥当, 我认为这些处理在BM的正常
权限之内. 所以我倾向不接受Mayber对Grammy的投诉.
如果没有什么反对看法, 明天上午我就公布这个决定了. |

Like I said, I will not debate with you the content of your opinion, only
the timing. In fact, there was a presentation on the Republic of Texas, and
there is "common sense" that it is part of the USA. Yet, no one yelled out
that "Texas is not a country" from the audience. Decorum precludes such
expression at inopportune moments.

I think your American classmate was right on this matter.
We disagree with the Taiwanese, but we should disagree
respectfully.
Shouting a strong political slogan and interrupting other
people's presentation is the last thing you want to do in
a professional setting.
You could certainly make a short statement immediately
after the presentation to express your opinion if you
so desire. But never try to force other people to accept
your idea--that is not a decent thing to do for any
educate |
