环球网消息，据韩联社3月18日报道，有消息说，朝鲜劳动党前计划财政部长朴南基，
因货币改革失败上周在平壤被枪决。
报道说，多名对朝消息人士18日对韩联社透露：“朝鲜当局于上周在平壤市顺安区的某
一射击场，枪决了朴南基。”报道称，朝鲜货改失败后，朝鲜居民对此产生了不满情绪
，因此朝鲜将责任推给朴南基，以反革命分子的罪名，予以枪决。
报道还引述消息人士的话说，朝鲜当局给朴南基的罪名是“作为大地主的儿子，潜入革
命队伍，蓄意置国家经济于死地”。
朴南基于1月中旬在中央党全部干部出席的“中央党大论争”上，受到了强烈的批评，
之后被拘禁，并接受了国家安全保卫部的审讯。 |

有人提京都,京都任何时候都可以去,干嘛要现在啊.
要不就是非要用掉自己的那几张青春18而已.
现在时间多,那就海外旅行吧.可别打一炮就走人哦.

BKK,好处我就不说了,在本版我说太多了.
就怕去了之后,不想回,或者还想去很多次.
我个人入境BKK的次数是2位数.
有回程机票的中国护照持有人可以呆14天,
落地签证,注意准备一张照片.时间多的,
可以去清迈,普吉岛等地.

JEJU岛,为什么?便宜呗.还不要签证.
韩国人存在的价值本来就是为了伺候日本人而已.
物价都是日本的一半吧.

BALI岛,其实这个岛比泰国的PHUKET岛要大很多,
是一个省,有好多区,各区都是不同的风情.

朝鲜死刑犯被押赴刑场
根据朝鲜已有刑法规定，可以判反国家罪和反民族罪死刑。2007年朝鲜最高人民会议常
任委员会签署规定可以判死刑的17个条款。据悉，朝鲜除了对外公开的《朝鲜民主主义
人民共和国刑法》以外，还有最高可以判一般犯罪死刑的“刑法附则”。例如，刑法规
定“伪造货币罪”情节特别严重时也只能判处“10年以上的劳动教化刑或者无期徒刑”
，可是附则中却规定“如果情节特别严重，可处以死刑”。朝鲜2007年签订了这一附则
，可一直没有对外公开。这个附则题目是《朝鲜民主主义人民共和国刑法附则（一般犯
罪）》，17个条款区分了“极其严重的形态”，说可以判处死刑。
掠取国家财产、伪造货币、故意中伤都可判死刑
最高人民会议常任委员会在2007年12月19日政令第2483号签订了这个附则。政令是朝鲜
宪法规定的最高主权机构最高人民会议休会时，成为最高主权机构的最高人民会议常任
委员会颁布的法规之一。附则第一条规定：“对极其严重的故意破坏战斗技术资材、军
事设施行为可判处死刑。”已有的刑法中规定：“情节特别严重时可判处10年以上劳动

他服务另外收费， 基本facial要100一次加小费，别的massage从几十块到一百多不等
ga tech的桑那大吗？哪里网页有图片看看阿？10块钱的话比25块便宜不了太多，如果
小太多了不是很划算阿。如果我是学生免费还差不多，如果要交10块钱，还是要好点的

的Room，不同的石头，盐，木头Room，如果要按摩+60？Or80？ 小费我给了10刀，里面
有点餐，丰俭由人，说是可以在里面24小时？不过我们就呆了二个小时，洗头泡澡按摩
吃饭这样就出来了，如果就是去放松一下泡个澡，睡个午觉还是可以的。那个按摩很坑
人的，就是汤猪一样，根本没有什么穴位的，我还去过另一家小点的，那家的按摩非常
不错，不过前段时间我再去的时候，他们已经关门了，可能太小了生意不好，这家Jeju
看来是生意很好的样子。 |

。一定要去的话，建议几个地方：
板门店。搞不好哪天就给炸没了
明洞。人人都来的地方。就算到此一游吧。免得将来别人说明洞你都答不上。
三星美术馆。韩国展就跳了吧。最旧的一个瓷瓶还是宋朝那会的。但是第二展厅有些现
代派的作品不错。出来还可以去Itawon看看美女，比江南还多。
皇宫很一般。导游说当年中国规定了朝鲜皇宫建筑要比故宫矮，所以没啥看头。
吃的我觉得也就是bibimpa 还好。不过要点热的。
busan我老婆去过，据说更没啥看的。
jeju也一般般。还不如去台湾或者加勒比。 |
