查了下，好像就是个加速度感应器，追踪手腕的活动情况，估计判断深浅睡，
也是同样原理，手长时间不动就是深睡？

，可以和很多别的app交换数据，比如我骑车的时候经常用一个GPS追踪的apps，纪录距
离，Jawbone的app可以直接从那个app里面调数据计算我消耗的卡路里
所以如果有app可以通过时间估算钓鱼的卡路里消耗，Jawbone就可以整合这些数据。
