note, use it as collateral, then sell 244 JAN2014 410 puts themselves ...
pocket the premium and also the interest on the treasury notes ...
wouldn't they end up with more money ? $30.73/$410 = 7.49%, also pick up
maybe 25 bps from the notes ...

发帖数: 293 | 9 7arm之前名声不好，很大程度是跟过去美国利息太高了影响的，但以现在的经济情况，
利息大幅升高的可能性不高，利息提高美国经济会再度陷入泥潭。
如果选7arm，一是月付减少，二是每月供款里面本金的比例高，这样7年后你需要付的
本金比30 fixed的少。这个是可以精算的，我大概算了下按7arm 3.25%和 30 fixed 4.
0%计算，7年时间7arm 支付91393.68，本金还剩205547.14； 30 fixed支付100257.36
，本金还剩209820.11。如果预计7年后你的收入会大幅增加，或者你现在就很有钱愿意
多付点本金，7arm是很好选择。
凡事都是两面的，如果逾期未来收入会比现在好，或者现在有比较好的投资项目。选
7arm是一个很好的选择；如果逾期未来收入和现在差不多，并且没有很好的投资渠道，
30 fixed也是peace of mind。
顺便说一下群体智慧，其实群体智慧就是average的智慧，不会太低，但也不会太高.

My data is insurance policy information, and the time window is Jan2010-
Jan2014. I need to build COX PH model to predict policy life time.
My question: the data is left censored and right censored. I did not find
any good discussion on left censored data. Also, some polices are incepted
after Jan2012 (late entry)
Any suggestion? how should i do with my data?
