2012年，中国科学院出版了专辑《牛满江与中国科学院》，有老科学家给了
我一份。
牛满江是1970年代中国最著名的生物学家，他在美国有工作期间没有全时回
国工作，不过在当时对中国生物学界影响很大。
专辑内容包括：牛满江与中国科学院纪事、美国生物学家批评中国科学家的
工作、戴维森教授评牛满江的工作、对牛满江先生的工作的一点看法、邹承鲁谈
学术腐败（摘录）、xxxxx访谈录、xxxxx谈牛满江等（xxx为我的删节）。
我2007年写过有关文字，不过还是不知道专辑的很多内容，所以其他知道的
人可能也不多。
需要说明，我认为方毅等在很多其他事情上为中国科学做了重要贡献，而后
来的行政领导是受以前报道和误导的影响，专辑让我们了解历史的复杂性。
科学院早在1974年就知道他有问题，试了很多处理办法。国内学者、海外华
人学者、国际学者都指出过他的问题。

根据独立预算办公室公布的一项研究，市政府去年为每个犯人支付了16万7731元食住和
看管的费用。去年有1万2287个囚犯被关在纽约市的监狱，这对政府来说开支沉重。
维拉司法研究所 (Vera Institute of Justice)在2012年公布的一项研究发现，参与研
究的40个州，监狱总开支达390亿元。
这40个州的囚犯，每年平均花去纳税人3万1286元。纽约州花费最高，平均每名6万元。
而纽约市囚犯的开支，更是接近这个数字的三倍。
市立大学州和地方治理研究所总监、及前惩教和假释官贾可森(Michael P. Jacobson)

A pharmacist shot an armed robber dead Tuesday at a drugstore off South
Orange Blossom Trail, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.
It was at least the fourth time this year that a robber was killed at a
Central Florida business and was the second drugstore holdup that ended in
death.

影响夜间射击的视线，burn front sight，还会降低子弹的威力，因为漏气，对于9mm
本来威力就不怎么大的枪，据说不值。。。。而且如果用靠近身体姿势射击，会烧伤自
己。
结论是17c只适合rangge，不适合self defense。咋整。。。。
不过适合你，因为你打比赛，因为唯一的好处是下一发射击比较容易控制，因为枪口上
跳小。
