，以种族配额而非学生的成绩，将学业出众的亚裔学生拒之门外。
参与行动的团体代表不同亚洲族裔的学生，包括华裔、印裔、韩裔及巴基斯坦裔，他们
要求政府彻查哈佛大学及其他院校的收生方法。
他们认为平权行动不应以种族为基础，而该使用家庭收入。其中一名抗议人士李春燕（
Li Chun-yan）教授接受美联社访问时说：“我们寻求不问种族、公平的待遇。”
哈佛响应投诉时重申，收生政策“完全符合联邦法律”，并说亚裔学生的收生比例在过
去十年由17.6%提升至21%。
哈佛大学总法律顾问罗伯特·尤利亚诺（Robert Iuliano）说：“我们会尽力维护哈佛
大学及其他院校争取招收有多元背景的学生的权利”。他指出最高法院1978年有关平权
行动的判决，当时提及哈佛大学的收生标准符合法律。
非牟利机构“学生支持平等收生”设立于德州，由一班近年未能成功进入心仪学校的学
生组成。他们认为全美院校应禁止平权行动，并于去年向哈佛大学及北卡罗来纳州大学
提告。
他们控告两所大学基于种族的平权行动减低成绩优异的白人及亚裔学生的入学机会。而

非常强。不过DRC这个位置人才很多，除了Nesta是名副其实的第一以外，其
余的Montero，Iuliano，Thuram，Ayala，Laursen，Terry之类的都差不多，
不像DLC，全世界就Samuel，Hofland和Rustico堪称顶级。两边都能打的还
有Okoronkowo，N'diaye，还有位置是DLC但是习惯脚是右脚的West |
