发帖数: 2964 | 7 I guess I am biased on the downside regarding EMU. I noticed the Italy 10-year bond yield dropped sharply to 5.87%, which is good, but it just got them back from horrendous to terrible level.
In my view, there is no material change in EMU. Unless the EMU agrees on fiscal union and ECB steps in a big way, the outcome will be the same. italy.
2. check their website for making an appointment. the procedure is a bit
like what is done in china: fill the form on-line and get the barcode; call
a local italian company to make the appointment (you need pay some money
with, e.g., credit card); pay the fee at a branch of the designated bank and
get the stub; go to the consulate on the given date.
3. take into account a possible "check"

The Consulate said they won't be responsible for lost of stolen passport,
but only accept mailing passport to you by regular mail, instead of UPS,
FeDex, etc.
