The US Department of State has fixed the problems they encountered last week
, and has resumed issuing F and J visas at US Consulates around the world.
Do not forget to get your I-20s or DS-2019s signed before leaving the
country. This is something that takes at least overnight, so please do not
wait until the last day to get your documents for travel outside the USA

之内发出。。。我的I-20明显已经超出30天了，International student adviser又告
诉我不能renew I-20，这该怎么办啊。。。
还有一个concern就是填写I-765的时候是不是一定要填写denial理由啊。

tdap，这我不敢肯定. TD每１０年一次，issurance应该cover，但别写为了移民打的；
mmr其实可以不打，只要你自己报你打过的日期就可以了，不过你先和体检医生办公室
确认一下是否如此，有的医生可能会让你打，不行就换别的医生看看。

虽然里面很多是废话，读完后个人理解visa number allocation有两步，第一步是'
check availability'，第二步才是'Get visa number allocated' ，不是很明确每步
时间多长，但看起来第一步貌似是(准)实时的，第二步就不太清楚了，可能会比较久。
如果在IVAMS里面设好一个COUNTRY LIMIT的话是非常容易保证不超发的，但貌似他们并
没这么干，而是rule-based issurance
另外，不懂field office里面关于申请visa number里同时包括'CCD/IVAMS'啥意思，按
照CCD的文档说法，CCD是被动的。
