。9月份1000每次200充了5次都没问题，10月份开始1号充200没问题，2号不让充了，给
出以下信息。

以前大家熟知的WM卖的VGC主要是Sunrise Bank的和灰草系列 最近新出现了一种外观包
装跟Sunrise Bank的一模一样 但是issuer是坑爹的Green dot bank
在WM试验了不能喂BB $1都不行 不能买MO 红鸟未知
注意此卡跟Sunrise的外观完全一样 唯一不同的就是背后最下行小字issue不同 |

出现"transaction declined, contact card issuer"，和现在payment type error是
不同的概念。
而且其它论坛上有人试了真正的debit card也不行。红鸟终于要从“半死不活（no

入金融机构,而且每个月都固定的重复的去，就有洗钱嫌疑了。你把vgc存进去，想当与
刷了卡，vgc的issuer 是要收取商家手续费的，就像普通的debit/credit card 一样，
这笔费用是由Serve和Walmart 分摊的，人家在蒙受损失，你在赚小钱，当然要制止你。

Couple of points:
1. Never never let the cashier scan your prepaid card!!! Otherwise, you will
be charged but no money goes to your prepaid card.
2. If the cashier does not know how to do this, ask s/he select "Department"
, then "Prepaid card".
3. After cashier choose prepaid card, you select the type of card (some has
fees, some hasn't), and then swipe your prepaid card. The cashier enter
amount to load, and you swipe your GC to load.

karma 就能显示具体哪些账户，多少个账户算excellent，多少个账户算good，etc。
credit inquiry也是，只显示多少个，没显示具体什么时候哪家issuer的inquiry。

citi按时显示payment，打电话过去，说是没有收到。
要求fax 银行chec的复印件证明citi已经取走钱的。
等了一个半月，花了$15从money order issuer那里要了money order的复印件。
前后一共折腾了3个月。
从那以后不再用mo付信用卡了。 |
