个收钱发文的公司，但貌似还在SCI的List上。这个大名鼎鼎的Hindawi公司的一些杂志
也是常常被踢出SCI。但是弄一个这个对Tenure有没有好处？当然如果这杂志被踢出的

I am using VMware Win xp sp3 on top of WIN7. Every VOD functions work fine,
the video playback is OK except the it is very pixelated in full screen mode
. Whereas under my native win7, the video rendering is a lot smoother.
In the vmware setting I have the default vmware SVGA2 driver installed and
3d acceleration enabled.

molds and the management refused to fix the problem and other problems. I
gave them notice and moved out. I did not pay the last month rent because
they had my deposit and I did not think they would be honest in returning
me the deposit.
Now they sent my account to collection asking for two months rent, late
fee, and cleaning fee.
Any suggestions?

1.车库里墙上有一些洞，有些seller补了，有些没补，inspector说这个没补的大洞在
dry wall上，需要seller修好
2.车库门口drive way上有条小裂缝，inspector说这个正常，不用修
3.外墙墙根处有裂缝，inspector说这个也是水泥风干的正常现象，没问题
现在seller说1也是cosmetic issue，他们不修也不给credit。头一次房检没啥经验，
请问这几个是不是都是很小可以忽略的问题？ |
