年就拿到绿卡了。我们组20多号人一半多中国人，就我一个H1B
H1B dependent的公司都是充满了印度人的公司，包括ICC，包括Facebook，不过
Facebook不太care 100K的限制。 |

呢？其实之前的bill，比如Issa bill, HR392之类的也有讨论，不过还算比较学术，比
较理性，可能大家都知道不可能通过。这个bill通过的概率其实更低。我能想到两个原
因为什么这个bill这么火：
1. 涉及到了亲属移民，所以媒体开始跟进了。以前的bill都是关于H1B的，美国人民根
本就不在乎
2. EB1和EB3停了，EB2在我眼里和停也没有太大差别，所以人们无聊了，把无限的精力
都发泄在这些有限的移民改革法案上了…… |
