化.
SWATH一般用比较宽的Isolation Window, 25 Th左右, Thermo管他们家的DIA叫Psmart,
一般用窄的Isolation Window, 5-10 Th. Isolation Window越宽,灵敏度和肽段的坚定
就越差,但是可以很快地覆盖整个Mass Range. 窄的Isolation Window可以增加灵敏度
和坚定的成功率,但需要很多的Scan才能覆盖整个Mass Range. 定量的时候用AUC比用
Intensity要好,要得到好的AUC的话需要至少7-10个Data Points覆盖真个LC PEAK. 所
以实际上DIA要根据LC PEAK WIDTH, Mass Range和DIA Isolation Window, Duty Cycle
Time什么的作优化. Fusion的速度肯定会有很大的帮助,而且High Field Orbitrap会

为了安全的考虑，要通过isolation transformer进入手术室。
我的理解哈，这个isolation transformer和step-down transformer也没有什么不同，
只不过前者主要目的是isolate circuits，后者主功能是改变电压。
但是我wikipedia的时候看到这段：

一般的策略是crosslink---nuclei isolation---Sonication---IP
实验室的师兄说crosslink后细胞比较像jelly，isolation的效率可能不好。建议可以
先cell lysis/nuclei isolation---crosslink，这样可能会损失一些DNA-Protein
complex，大家有见过第二种方法吗？可否给个链接，谢谢。另外，第一种isolation的
效率怎样。

isolation。OF用quadrupole isolation是Thermo建议的，原因这里就不细说了。跟过
去变化很大。 |

iso的效果，虽然quadrupole能到0.7那么窄，但也会损失isolation efficiency。IT
的isolation效果更差，具体原因不确定（--可能也是为何Thermo那么推荐quadrupole
isolation的原因），毕竟整体ion transmission的结构于过去有了巨变。很多时候要
看你的样品真有那么复杂吗，是否值得用那么窄的window去isolate。 1.6 m/z的iso比
较靠谱。 |

发帖数: 728 | 28 你说的有道理。不过我们发现OF里IT isolation比传统LTQ sereis仪器里的IT的
isolation差很多。尤其是如果做data-dependent MS2，对于最abundant的ions，IT效
果还可以。但对于low abundant ions的isolation,虽然表观上达到了设定的MSn
target，但实际isolate的量远低于那个target，所以MS2也很差。具体原因我们有自己
的猜测，不好说。不确定是OF本身设计带来的缺陷，还是只是我们的这台有问题。弄了
很久了，不过好在主要用Quad iso。 |

摘要：介绍了船舶传染病隔离负压舱的空调系统设计的特点和思路,结合一典型传染病
舱模型进行空调系统设计,对舱内污染控制分区进行了分区设置,对换气次数、负压值、
空调负荷、空气处理等主要技术指标进行了计算和结果分析。结合舱内空调负荷介绍了
通风换气设备与节能措施,根据传染病隔离负压舱空调系统的特点选取了相应的热回收
装置,并描述了其工作原理和特点。

经过一个中间宿体性的其它动物才能传染给人。所以，病毒发生后，就故意误导全国人
民去海鲜市场找证据，找其它野生动物的麻烦。 而且还是病毒所去找的，找完了还装
模做样化验呀，分离呀什么的。最后把责任全部推给了海鲜市场的动物。可是那种动物
，一直不敢说，说了其它相关已经在人就会去早那种动物监测。 所以压根不说，打马
虎眼。
事实上，早在2013 年，就是这个武汉病毒研究所，已经从来自云南的蝙蝠身上所携带
的corona virus中分离出第一株蝙蝠SARS类似样的冠状病毒的活病毒，其中就包含了类
似于S类型的基因。从而证实这株病毒能够使其接受和SARS病毒相同的受体，并能够感
染人的细胞。对此新发现，武汉病毒所还把它以武汉病毒研究所的英文简称命名“WIV1
”，以彰显这一发现的重要价值和属于自己第一个发现的巨大研究成果。这个成果刊载
于2013年11月的《自然》杂志。
就是说，从云南弄回来的这种蝙蝠所携带的类似于sars的 corona virus， 可以不经过
