cross country上去。前者从Islip Saddle到Mt Islip大概3.5迈，后者可能只有1.5迈
左右。XC的主要担心是brush，不过从Google Earth上看貌似还好。
后边几个山峰也可以顺路tag一下，没有什么多余的难度。 |

'处，二是从西北方的7000'附近（如果再早的话，bush很多，除非有use trail可以
follow，而且也省不了多少路）。

Mt Islip , Middle Hawkins (B), Mt Hawkins (C), Throop Peak (D), Mt Burnham (
E), Baden-Powell and Ross Mtn. 其中Ross 是最難的， 但是也是最值得去的. 去
Baden-Powell不去Ross就等於去Grand Canyon不爬R2R一樣.

100刀。但这个基本是southwest经营，你必须到southwest.com网站上才能查到航班信
息，有Internet price可以很便宜的。
当然最终还要看版聚选址。不过对我来说无所谓，我就住在这附近，所以可以接上两三
个人再去其他地方。如果选址在east long island的话，这个机场就是最近的了。 |

发帖数: 6102 | 22 我曾设想过很多次，看着地图上我们红色的轨迹横贯San Gabriel山脉，而现在我手中
的就是这么一张地图。
全长114.6英里，累积爬升75249英尺，累计71个小时。又完成一个穿越，我告诉自己。
自从Santa Monica山脉穿越后，一发不可收拾：Santa Monica山脉，卡特琳娜到，San
Gabriel山脉，还后这个周末的横贯Eastern Sierra东西的Kings Canyon穿越。关于穿
越，我似乎有些过分执著。最后一站从Mt. Cucamonga南坡下山的最后一英里，荆棘纵
横，令人苦不堪言。回家后从双腿上挑出若干根棘刺。
或许是性格的因素，承诺了便努力去做完。其实我也不知道意义在哪里，用脚一步步地
丈量山脉的长度与高度，一次次试图呼吸最高处的空气。走在山路上，我甚至不知道到
底是要去拥抱些什么，还是为了逃避些什么。其实这些都不重要，重要的是在山路的每
一步，每一次呼吸和心跳，每一个转角和凝视。不论快门是否按下，那一刻的感受存在
心间。

要坐LIRR，往长岛方向LIRR有好几个分支，你该坐
向RONKONKOMA方向去的火车，在Ronkonkoma站下，
下车后找去ISLIP机场的shuttle bus, 火车站离机场
已经很近了．
flushing有LIRR站，不过不是往那个方向去的，你到
jamaica，就能找到去ronkonkoma的火车，如果你从
manhattan出发，就到penn station去坐． |

发帖数: 1264 | 26 终于完成了仪表训练要求的长转场，以后就是考试准备了。
按照FAA对仪表等级的要求，50小时的PIC转场飞行经验，其中至少10小时在飞机上完成
； 40小时地仪表飞行经验，不论是真实的还是模拟的，其中模拟机最多可以算20小时
；15小时有教练的仪表训练；考前60天之内至少3小时的考试准备；250海里的长转场飞
行，仪表规则，3种不同的进近方式。到这次飞行之前，我有46.2小时地PIC转场，11.2
小时的仪表飞行经验，18小时的模拟机经验。
现在主要缺的是250海里的长转场。目的地一早教练就通知我了，先是罗德岛的
Providence，然后是麻州的Martha’s Vineyard，最后回Islip。第一行段大概94海里
，第二段42海里，回程118海里。加起来254海里，刚好满足要求。路线问题，这个星期
刚开始就看了，还是飞塔台控制路线TEC。从Islip起飞后雷达引导，飞到HTO VOR，然
后上V139到WACKY，雷达引导到PVD。PVD起飞后沿PVD VOR的115航向上V167到TUTOR，雷
达引导至MVY。最后一段，沿V374到GON VOR，到CCC VOR，回ISP。 |

华裔女子，他们分别被控卖淫及未获授权从事专业活动等罪名。
星期五下午4点左右，警方来到位于哈帕克（Hauppauge）Motor Parkway 901号的皇家
Spa(Royal Spa)进行搜查，逮捕了4名华裔女子。
这4名华裔女子分别为来自法拉盛的49岁女子沈海连（Hailian Shen，音译），50岁的
