,Ne 前三位的好工作单位。其director 和员工都站出来做了一下宣传。给我印象最深
刻的一点就是工作时间自由，你想早来就早来，想早走就早走，工作时间非常灵活，不
是朝九晚五的工作坐班制度，所以不排除工作人员，工作拖拉，等到周六了才想到自己
的工作定量还没有完成，周六来完成其工作量。当然他本人未必要来USCIS中心，他都
可以在家完成其工作。所以周六被批准完全是有可能的。IO分为IS1，IS2，IS3级，IS1
做的任何决定都要有IS3进一步审核，才能做最后决定，而IS3具有自主决定的权利，可
